Our stay in W Koh Samui was absolutely wonderful, and this hotel played a huge part in making it so memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and genuine kindness from the staff. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere, which immediately made us feel relaxed and well cared for. The service throughout our stay was simply outstanding. The views were breathtaking. waking up to such stunning scenery each day was an experience in itself. Whether it was morning or sunset, the surroundings were truly magical and made it effortless to slow down and fully enjoy the moment. This was more than just a stay; it was a perfectly restful and joyful escape. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. If we ever come back to Koh Samui, this hotel will be our first choice without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and genuinely memorable stay.

The W Koh Samui is spectacular. My husband and I had the most incredible vacation and stay that we’ll never forget! Conveniently located near restaurants and happening spots on the island yet tucked away and quiet made it perfect. The property is stunning! We had a premier ocean view villa with private pool and wow, all I can say is wow. It even had an outdoor and indoor shower. Food and vibes were immaculate, modern beautiful aesthetic and very cool fire show each evening at the Woo Bar. The staff was by far the most amazing we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting at any hotel we’ve stayed at! They catered to our every need and request. Wow what a stay here. We got upgraded to a beautiful ocean view villa. Service from all staff was excellent, you can just ask and they will figure it out. Tony went above and beyond with care her provided us. The handling of our luggage, remembering our names / room and just making out 5 nights here feel like home.
