From the moment we arrived at W Koh Samui, we were embraced by luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. The entire experience was exceptional. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail were outstanding. A special thank you to Ms. Cookie, whose care and professionalism made our stay truly memorable. She ensured everything was perfect from check-in to departure. The floating breakfast was a definite highlight — visually stunning and absolutely delicious. Enjoying it in our private pool was unforgettable. W Koh Samui exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another incredible and personalized experience. Highly recommended!

Woobar Exotica X Carnival
A brilliant experience at the Exotica X Carnival evening. Great vibes from the DJ, performers and fire show crew. The Woobar staff are always on point, friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend the Woobar for another Exotica event. Thank you again to the fabulous and talented team.

Beautiful property and great staff& service
We stayed at a beach side villa. The property is quiet yet centrally located. Easy to get around. My son was in an accident while we were on the trip and the staff especially Emily, Ton and Biw were super helpful. I loved the morning workout sessions as well, conducted by Boom. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the chef Raghav specially prepared dosa for our family. All in all highly recommend.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
