This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is extremely attentive, really good food an drinks, and the best are the planned activities, the guides are excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the whole property very clean. The only downside is that the rooms are in serious need of updating.

My daughter and I returned recently and found this resort to be awesome. We enjoyed the excursions, had fun biking to kohunlich. The quietness of the resort was what we enjoyed the most. We loved our morning coffee basket, the patio and hammock. We would definitely recommend this resort . Henry was our bartender and was willing to make anything we asked and did such a great job. We took Tren Maya from Cancun Airport to Chetumal Airport and really enjoyed the train ride

This unexpected, great experience in Mexico combined in our case the visit to two prime -although not so well known- Maya archeological sites emerging from the forest with (kayak) activities connecting us with the surrounding nature. Be assured, the friendly staff will take good care of you when arriving from the activities. Thank you for this, particularly Javier at the dining area, Daniel and José our excellent guides. No details are spared to make this a memorable holiday. Gracias! Fam. De Kerpel -Ramírez

If you want an all inclusive full of adventure, that’s it! All the excursions were amazing - mayan ruins, kayak in bacalar, kayak in laguna Milagros , crocodiles sightings… there is a lot of walking, climbing , kayaking, biking - this is not your regular all inclusive to sit and do nothing! This is the best! It’s a small resort, only about 40 rooms, only one restaurant (a la carte), but what a restaurant! Every meal was amazing! The staff was great, and a special thanks to Angel, for being so attentive and caring! We will be back, probably with our teen kids!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this charming resort celebrating our 25th anniversary! The best way to describe the resort is that it is like a cruise. Food, drinks and daily excursions all wrapped into one. The resort never feels crowded and the staff is outstanding! Special thanks to Jesus, Emma, and Neyil for their hospitality! The daily excursions were all fun and well done. In our anniversary, we had the private dinner in the jungle. It was way better than I ever imagined! Super cool with some fun initial theatrics. The resort is a bit off the beaten path but that is partly why it is so special. Nature is all around. Great bird watching especially on the road in front of the resort!
