Beautiful resort
Fantastic resort! The Grand Hyatt Kauai has some of the most beautiful grounds we’ve ever seen, with amazing pools, ocean views, and a great location. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Tidepools was a highlight, and we loved seeing the sea turtles nearby at Poipu Beach. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, unbelievable pool area, wrist bands made it all so easy- forget the need for a room key, credit card (on the resort) cuz it’s all right there on the wrist.

Enjoyable Vacation
Beautifully kept grounds. Stevensons Library is top notch with food & service (shout out to George, Faye & Jake!). Great breakfast, service and enjoyable nature setting. Seaview Terrace & café was nice. Resort needs some updating in rooms. Check-in customer service was lacking. Lots of kids so that may impact "romantic" getaways

Grand Hyatt Kauai was the perfect conference location
We absolutey loved our stay here! The pools and the garden grounds were unmatchable of any other resort style place we've stayed at. The food was great too and better than expected! It allowed us to stay at the pool all day and be satisfied in case we didn't want to rush to a dinner/restaurant. The staff was friendly and accomodating to all of our requests and needs. The spa staff was phenomenal and my massage was one of the best ive had. Really appreciated the outdoor showers and the co ed/ non co ed options at the spa.

I spent a week at the Grand Hyatt Kauai and it is an exceptional hotel. The hotel looks like it was built into the side of a large hill on the Pacific. The service was excellent our entire seven days.
