Kumarakom Lake Resort

It’s a great experience. The stay was amazing, staff members were great. Kavi has captured some beautiful pictures.A Must visit if you are coming to Kochi.

We visited this resort during our India visit in July 2025 for a 3-night stay. Our entire experience couldn't have been better. They really didn't leave any room to complain or improve. The resort is very well maintained, true to its spirit of keeping it as close to nature as possible with plenty of greenery all around. I liked the concept of an open shower. I had my apprehensions about it with respect to privacy but it didn't turn out to be an issue at all when we looked at the way it was built and what's situated around it. As for food, we pretty much ate at Ettukettu. The food tasted good and the portion size was decent. I tried an ayurvedic massage and it's unlike anything I have experienced before. It was a memorable experience overall. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, courteous and helpful. A few names that I recall during our visit are: 1. Aneesh, our chauffeur to and from the airport. Very knowledgeable and courteous. 2. Kavi, local tour guide and in-house photographer par excellence. He has a way with the camera. Make sure you get some photos clicked by him. 3. Mouneesha, Arun and a few others at Ettukettu that I don't know how to spell their names. Shame on me. In closing, my entire family felt good about this trip and we are taking back some good memories.

Loved every bit of my stay. Would definitely recommend everyone. Great location, right on the vembanad lake where you can watch sunset on a cruise. Lots of greenery and tons of nature. Awesome service, you won't find any excuse to complain, they take care of everything. Superb rooms, spacious, well lit, very well organized. They have number of activities you can partake in. You won't get bored here. The food is good. The people are amazing. The rooms are awesome. The property is superb. The quality and service is top notch.

The resort was top notch and the food was also very tasty. The staff are extremely helpful and very patient . Buffet spread was very tasty and had good variety! The maintenance of the resort is so very good and you wont regret infact ul feel happy going there rewinding ur self from city chaos. Mr kavi took some beautiful pictures of ours and must try! Worth going !
