Kumarakom Lake Resort

I had a wonderful stay at Kumarakom Lake Resort. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and my room was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and spotless. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether I needed help booking activities, arranging transportation, or simply getting extra mosquito coils for my room, everything was handled quickly and with care. There was a real sense that the staff took pride in the resort and wanted every guest to have a comfortable and memorable stay. I especially enjoyed the sunset cruise and the shikara boat ride. Both were peaceful, scenic, and a lovely way to experience the backwaters and the beautiful surroundings of the resort. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay with excellent hospitality. I would happily return, and next time I hope to bring my family with me.

Stayed here with family. Really liked the ambience and the beautiful traditional architecture. The whole place has a calm and relaxing feel. Shamna tried her hand at pottery with the help of Mr Arun. It was a nice and memorable experience. Overall, a lovely stay and a good family experience at Kumarakom Lake Resort.

Don't like the service here, they will rush you to pay the check after you finish your meal；they will knock on your door just 2 hours after cleaning your room；they will keep on asking if the food is ok, but the truth is the food is really not good.

Great hospitality. Came for my son’s 4th birthday. We had good time.
