This property had been earmarked by us for long finally got down to visiting KLR. Love the ambience, serene ..quiet just what a city dweller longs for... But what made our stay special and memorable was the KLR team , their staff in all dept were exceptionally warm and caring. Right from the time i contacted property for availability options Mr Dipesh was very prompt and helpful in putting a pkg together for our last min plan. Site manager Mr Rahul was forthcoming to followup withus once we booked and made our vacation plng and stay a breeze. Loved the villa he offered us ..its always going to be #144.😁 Houseboat stay though 1nt was a good experience. Restaurant manager Mr Johny was a very caring gentleman who ensured our last min "sadya" mention too gets taken care of... A memorable stay and we will definitely be back with friends and family.

Our stay at Kumarakom Lake Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we got into the cab till the time we said goodbye, everything felt effortless — warm, well-planned, and filled with that gentle Kerala charm. The houseboat ride was the highlight of our trip. As we drifted slowly through the calm backwaters, surrounded by palm trees and the soft sound of rippling water, it felt as if the whole world had paused for a while. That peaceful stillness is something I’ll always remember. The houseboat itself was a lovely mix of tradition and comfort — simple yet luxurious in every detail. A special word of thanks to Chef Ramkumar, whose cooking was exceptional. Each meal felt homely and heartfelt, especially with the aroma of Kerala spices blending with the cool, rain-washed air. Our driver, Vishnu-ji, was a wonderful companion on the road — humble, polite, and extremely skilled behind the wheel. And our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Dhanush, who manages the Travel Desk and Houseboat Services. His warmth and professionalism made everything run so smoothly.
