Amaaaazing surroundings, caring staff, fantastic food
My partner and spent a few days at this beautiful place and it was one of best times of our relationship. Chilling, doing excursions, taken care of in most loving way. Thank you ❤️

Busy breakfast
We only used the breakfast facilities after returning from a Houseboat Cruise. The choice was good, but the restaurant was very busy, especially after the tranquility of the backwaters. The grounds of the hotel looked beautiful.

Fab Time at the Lake!
Amazing property with many activities. Great restaurants and accommodations. The rooms were very spacious. The staff was VERY helpful. The sunset boat cruise was awesome! We would love to stay at the property again.

Beautiful comfortable hotel/houseboat
Fabulous manicured grounds with amazing views over the lake. We had a Heritage Lake View Villa with pool, excellently appointed but I would question the function of the pool as nowhere to sit and no space surrounding it. I did jump in a couple of times prior to showering but that’s it. Also the lake view is through windows with curtains permanently closed as people walk directly past windows. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars as opposed to 5. Staff are so lovely & helpful & we stayed overnight on a houseboat which was such a memorable experience. Cabin & bathroom were huge & luxurious as were upper decks.

I had such a wonderful experience at this resort! The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and there were so many fun and interesting activities to choose from. A special shout-out to Kavi — he takes amazing photos for the guests and really made our memories extra special!
