Mindblowing... no other words to describe the experience at Kumarakom Lake Resort & all due to the smiling faces of all the women employees. From the front desk to restaurant to housekeeping - everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable . Siddharth at the restaurant, Priya , Alina - all were too good. The resort is remarkably green. It is beautifully maintained. The workers come early to do their duty even in the rain. It was amazing to see the level of cleanliness Everyone must explore Kerala via Kumarakom Lake Resort. 5 star experience.

We had an excellent stay at Kumarakom Lake Resort. The property is stunning, set amidst the serene backwaters, and offers a perfect blend of luxury and traditional charm. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very well maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes that captured authentic Kerala flavors along with international options. The backwater experience was unforgettable — the sunset cruise, houseboat ride, and the natural beauty all around made it truly special. The activities arranged at the resort, from cultural programs to cycling and Ayurveda wellness, kept us engaged throughout our stay. A special word of appreciation for General Manager Sajeesh, Front Office Manager Rahul, and Executive Housekeeper Vijesh for their outstanding hospitality and personal attention. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kumarakom — a perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and experience the beauty of Kerala!

This is my favorite resort in Kerala so far. I love coming here mainly because staff are kind and welcoming, the customer service provided were amazing. Some things I enjoyed during the visit this time around include getting Ayurvedic massage, the sunset cruise, breakfast buffet. Everything we ordered for dinner turned out delicious too!
