Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

From the minute we arrived nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculate. Beautiful bathroom, lounge and bathroom. The view over Victoria Harbour truly amazing especially at night when all the lights came on. Staff too. Outstanding!

Unforgettable stay thanks to an incredible team! I had a wonderful experience at Kowloon Shangri la, largely thanks to the attentive staff who always went above and beyond to help. The entire team was incredibly professional, always smiling, and genuinely happy to assist with any request. A big shout-out to the entire team at the Horizon club lounge. And the Concierge. Omar was lovely, Elvis Kung at breakfast was amazing! Most of all, a massive thank you to Mr Gary Wong for making our stay truly unforgettable. Your exceptional hospitality made all the difference! A Muslim friendly hotel deffo recommend!

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La. The views from our suite were absolutely stunning, and the Horizon Club Lounge was worth every penny. The hotel has a wonderful attention to detail. The lounge offers an excellent selection of high-quality food and drinks, with such a generous spread that you could easily have dinner there without needing to visit a restaurant. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a lovely dining area and an extensive selection of dishes from various cuisines. The only significant negative was a persistent musty smell in our suite, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard and certainly needs attention. Aside from this, it was a lovely stay, with the Horizon Club Lounge being the absolute highlight.

Everyone especially Amber Lee who check us in, went above board for our comfort while here. Amber’s smile and graciousness blessed us as we settled into our room. 5 star all the way
