Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

I’ve been staying at Kowloon Shangri La Hotel for the last 36 years. The location can’t be better as it’s right next to the MTR station, and in front of the Victoria Harbor. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. I felt like home every time I stayed there. The rooms are clean and bigger than other hotels, while the room rate is very reasonable. Definitely a very good value. The horizon club is another reason I picked this hotel. The food is excellent and all the staffs are so warm and always give their best service! I’ll definitely keep staying at this hotel when I travel to Hongkong

Kowloon Shangri-La is located in an excellent place, just in front of Victoria harbor. And the hotel provides a very clean room and excellent service.

Great location ; excellent service - fantastic team

This is the hotel if you are in Hong Kong for business. Especially if you have number of meetings aligned. You can stay in the cafe area. The rooms are very big as opposite to expectations in Hong Kong. The breakfast is really nice and they do have Indian options as well. There are Indian restaurants just outside the hotel (in the mall). We had an early check-in, it was really kind of the receptionist to allow us for early check-in since they had the availability just then. Really greatful.

We enjoyed our stay and we are extremely comfortable. The Staff are very attentive to our needs and go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Thank you to the team at Horizon Club, special call out to Wing, Kit, Jessica, Tiffany, Hebe and Elisa. Would also like to thank the Chefs at the Horizon club for making delicious breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes.
