Before I leave for the UK, I stayed in Kowloon Shangri-La for 19 nights after I handed over my apartment to the landlord. My stay here gives me a memorable experience, especially the beautiful harbour and I made myself as a tourist, after 60+ years living in HK. The room, the food and all the staff in the hotel are superb. Although it was not my first choice to stay in this hotel (I was living in HK island before), I was glad that I finally made it here and will make more visits in the future. Exceptional service and hospitality in the Horizon Club and Harbor View room is so relaxing with the beautiful Harbor and skyline of Hong Kong Island. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails made for a wonderful stay with all the friendly Horizon Club staff members.

My wife and I visited Hong Kong in March and April 2024. We enjoyed the stay at the Kowloon Shangri La Hotel very much, especially the experiences at the Horizon Club, and when we checked in at the Front Desk. They truly made us feel at home. Stayed here twice recently, both times booking a Club Room Harbour View, plus the hotel’s own limo from the airport (HKD 1080, they email you a secure link for a credit card guarantee). Very efficient transfers, greeted again at the hotel entrance and whisked straight to the room for private check-in. Upgraded to an enormous suite on the first stay. Fantastic views across Victoria Harbour from both the room and the club lounge. The latter gets busy, so arrive punctually for canapés, especially if you want a window seat.

Thank you so much for the services that the staff Amber provided. She's great and enthusiastic for helping us to fix the problem. She's considerate and I'm so appreciate her effort and will definitely recommend to stay again. We have a great time there.
