Good experience in Shangri-La Kwoloon
We got warmly welcomed by Amber Lee and we received some fresh seasonal fruits. The room is quite big and comfortable. The traffic noise can’t be heard from the room.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Shangri-La Kowloon. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thanks goes to Johnathan Lopes and Simon for their outstanding service. Simon, in particular, impressed us by personally stepping out of the hotel to guide us to the exact location we were looking for—going the extra mile in every sense. I was on a business trip but brought my son along, and the hotel made it even more memorable by surprising him with a birthday cake, as it happened to be his birthday month. This thoughtful gesture brought so much joy and created a truly unforgettable experience for both of us. Overall, it was an exceptional stay. Shangri-La Kowloon has set a new benchmark for hospitality, and we will definitely be back again. 🌟

Excellent stay
Excellent hotel in a great location. The subway station was not even a minute walk. The room was so much bigger than what we were expecting. More importantly, the service was top notch. All the employees were professional and friendly. I would like to give special mention to Bellman Mike who was extremely friendly. He made my wife and I feel welcome every time. He would always greet us everyday with a big smile. He even gave an excellent recommendation on where to get the classic HK French toast. Overall a great stay!

A Comfortable Stay Experience
Dear Amber Lee, Thank you so much for your warm card and the little gift! You really brought us a great deal of warmth, making us feel full of kindness and care as soon as we arrived here. The sea - view room we stayed in this time is absolutely stunning. The vast sea view is fully in sight and is so beautiful that it intoxicates us, adding a lot of beauty to our journey. We had a particularly pleasant stay here, and we will definitely choose Kowloon Shangri - La, Hong Kong again when we come to Hong Kong next time! Thank you again!
