For the second time
The hotel design was similar to the one in Kuala Lumpur which i also really liked.The flowers in the vase at the reception were wonderfull.The rooms are also clean and the ladies who clean the room were very helpful and friendly .

Clueless buffet
Unfortunately whoever is running the lunch buffet at Cafe Kool is completely clueless or not educated enough to know what should accompany each dish. A half decent roast beef in the carvery had none of the expected accompaniments one would expect - no roast potatoes, no Yorkshire pudding, no roast vegetables- just sweet potato fries - laughable and third world.

Exceptional breakfast experience
We always enjoy our breakfast both in the horizon lounge and cafe kool specially during early times when there are only few guests. Service and foods are excellent. Always looking forward to our next breakfast there.

Your genuine warmth, attentiveness, and personal touches made our celebration even more memorable. It was wonderful to feel so welcomed and cared for, and we truly appreciate everyone who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Kowloon Shangri-La has once again given us beautiful memories to treasure.
