Excellent service and the best harbour view hotel room
Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel met all my expectations from the Shangri-La Hotel brand. The hotel provided us 5-star service for airport pick-up, hotel check-in, 10-day vacation, and final departure to our cruise. During our stay, all hotel staff greeted us daily with pleasant smiles and warm wishes. The Horizontal lounge staff (all 12 of them) fed us excellent breakfast to start our daily city adventures and soothed us with evening drinks before our dinners around the city. The concierge team ensured us get to our destinations in the most efficient manners without getting lost. Kowloon Shangri-La gave us the most relaxing time before our Asia cruise. Thank you for a great Hong Kong memory.

Nice people, good service, wonderful foods
Everything is perfect and I truly appreciate tony, he gave me the best service and he is the star(of course other guys are doing great too). The room is nice and comfortable and the meal is wonderful. I am happy that I am able to feel the friendly atmosphere and I am willing to visit the hotel again.

Great stay for my 70th birthday celebrations
We stayed here on the way home from Australia to celebrate my 70th birthday and the hotel made it a memorable experience. We had balloons, soft toy and cake in the bedroom and during check in extra attention was given for the booking. The hotel is well positioned for the MTR, the waterfront and general sightseeing of Hong Kong. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming at all times. A large hotel but that in no way affected the high standards which were maintained at all times. A short £8 taxi ride from the Kowloon station on the Airport Express.
