Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

Perfect location, easy access to MTR exit P1 or P2 for east Tsim Tsa Tsui. Rooms are superb! Comfortable stay with harbour view! They cater for muslim traveler. Provide us with hose/bidet, qiblat and also quran. Breakfast - marvellous! Halal section is available and also vegetarian. We have the opportunity to access the horizon club as well. Another amazing view of harbour city while having breakfast or tea. Check in - quick and super easy! We were greeted by Amber Lee. She was friendly and speak fluent english. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted us at the entrance and assists us to our room and do check in, in our room instead of the lobby. Friendly and helpful hotel staff! I would recommend muslim traveler to stay here for the muslim options they offer and of course the amazing view of harbour city!

We stayed in Kowloon, Shangri-La from 30 May to 4 June (Room 1428). I would like to appreciate all the staff and house keepers who made the bed everyday twice. The food at the Horizon Club is very good and made me feel very happy. The hotel is a vibe and I really love Shangri-La.

I have stayed for business trip for more than 11 years and it would be quite comfortable hotels if you choose them for both leisure and business. I can dare to say that no hotel service can be better than Kowloon Shangrila Hotel. I hope you would also enjoy staying if you plan the trip to Hong Kong.

The Shangri-La is lovely. Amazing views over the harbour. Amber Lee was amazing and made us feel very welcome immediately on arrival. Our daughter received a cute gift and some chocolate as a welcome gift. Definitely recommend the Shangri-La

My Wife and I have been lucky enough to visit a few beautiful places & hotels in the past 2/3 years , New york , Vegas, Bali , Singapore, Italy , Austria, Greece , London ( many times ) Dubai . and stayed at many wonderful hotels . The Shangri-la Kowloon, would have to land in our top 2 for destinations and Accomodation. Overall the atmosphere was wonderful , the team throughout the hotel , exceptional , very professional and right down to the room care staff , very polite and cheerful , which is always a good sign , We had a beautiful room overlooking the harbour on the 19th room which exceeded every expectation to be fair , and this is was one hotel experience that we both agreed we would do again,. We were lucky enough to have lounge access , if you can afford it, I would highly recommend it , we have 2 meals at the 'Tapas' bar restaurant and we left after a thoroughly enjoyable eveing on both visits , Music , Steaks. Redwine - Gorgeous . - we hope to visit again.
