Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

We booked 3 days here in Hong Kong and really surprised at how professional the service Team had provided us. It was my wife Birthday and Thank you to especially Molly whom had organised to get the room decorated and we had a birthday cake, a fruit platter and a welcome bottle of Champagne. We booked the Harbour View Room with Horizontal Club and the room in the 19th floor out of 21st floor and the view of the harbour was exceptional and Thanks to the Team our stay was very enjoyable.

We chose the horizon rooms facing the harbour, and it was the best decision ever! The view was amazing and it really felt like a proper holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and provided abundant amenities. Good for Muslim travellers as bidet is available in the Horizon room category. There is also a halal section at breakfast, with a live dosai station. One feedback is to have more variety and change the offerings during different days. We were not sure if halal cutleries were available as well, and we were not offered that option even when we had ala carte lunch at Cafe Kool. Staff here are hardworking and friendly. The bell hops and porters took time to engage us in conversation. The front desk also gave us a late check out upon request. Location was fantastic too, and we could walk to nearby restaurants and Stars Avenue. Would recommend staying here again.

Went to Kowloon Shangri-la to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel was very nice to have decorated our room to a birthday theme before our arrival, upgraded our room to face the habour and offer a free cake for the occasion. Jenny and Cherry at the check-in counter went above and beyond to help us move into our suite as smoothly as possible. Tony at the Horizon Club also assisted us in every manner possible. I'm grateful and felt welcome for my stay at Kowloon Shangri-la. I certainly recommend staying at this hotel or any other Shangri-la hotels.

I would like to share a note written by my 8-year-old son, Alden, after our recent stay at Shangri-La Kowloon. He was so impressed by the hospitality that he wanted to express his appreciation personally. **************************************** We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Kowloon from 30 May to 4 June. I would like to thank all the staff and housekeeping team for taking such good care of us during our stay. The housekeeping staff made our room and bed look perfect every day, and even came twice a day. The bed was very comfortable, soft, and fluffy, which made me sleep very well. I also really enjoyed the food at the Horizon Club. Everything was delicious and made me very happy. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and I loved staying there with my family. Thank you for making our holiday so special. I hope to come back again soon!
