Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, with stunning surroundings. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of great choices, and the service was amazing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi was the absolute highlight of our trip to Thailand and one of the most beautiful resorts we have ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience, and everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The location is truly spectacular. Surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and situated on a secluded private beach, the resort feels like a hidden tropical paradise. The views of the turquoise sea and stunning cliffs are absolutely breathtaking and create a peaceful and romantic atmosphere. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was excellent, and waking up to the incredible ocean views every morning was unforgettable. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens and elegant facilities throughout. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their genuine Thai hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and made our stay even more special. The beach was pristine and peaceful, perfect for swimming, kayaking, and simply relaxing by the sea. We also loved the swimming pools, which were beautiful and offered plenty of space to unwind while enjoying the spectacular scenery. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious international and Thai dishes. We also enjoyed dining at the resort’s restaurants, where the food quality, fresh seafood, and excellent service were consistently impressive. One of the best parts of the stay was the unique feeling of privacy and exclusivity. Although the resort is close to Ao Nang, it feels completely secluded and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the crowds. We highly recommend Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi to anyone visiting Krabi. It offers breathtaking scenery, luxurious accommodation, outstanding dining, beautiful beaches, and exceptional hospitality. It exceeded all our expectations and created unforgettable memories. Access to resort is terrible. Boat timing are not convinient and guest do not get proper resting area or helpful information in advance. Access pier is also not a safe or pleasant experience, and they give no safety briefing in advance to travllers. Check-in times are too long. Seems to be understaffed. Only advantage is the beach and location which is bery beautiful. But seems the management has left the resort on its own to run down.

Amazing hotel to celebrate Christmas and New Year. We stayed here for 9 nights between 23 December 25 and 1 January 26. Facilities were good and the hotel was located on the beach front, There were 2 pools that were never overly crowded. We celebrated Xmas and New Year at 2 events in the hotel, entertainment and food were very good - Hotel was expensive, @ £410.00 per night, for a relatively basic room. Breakfast was good and always got seated no matter how late we went to eat. Staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful, reception, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners, and porters. Nice location at the end of beach. Clean rooms and ok breakfast buffet. Lovely pools. Lots of children at the hotel so a little noisy.
