Sheraton Grand Krakow

This hotel was fabulous. Whilst the exterior looks a bit drab, the interior is gorgeous. The rooms are plush and olden era yet modern and new. We stayed in the gorgeous suite overlooking the castle and river which was magnificent. There is a wonderful lounge for club members with delicious meals. The concierge Monika was super helpful and very knowledgeable, helping us plan a memorable stay in Krakow. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Sheraton Hotel located near the Old town with stunning views of the river and Wawel castle. It offers everything you need for a great stay - cozy rooms, cleanliness, fitness, a delicious breakfast , good restaurant for lunch and dinner and a 24-hour club lounge where you can find snacks and drinks even at night. The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center with a swimming pool, sauna, massage and jacuzzi. In summer, there is a rooftop restaurant and bar with an incredibly beautiful view, I highly recommend it! The hotel can also host a conference or event. But the main treasure of this hotel is its amazing staff. General Manager Mr. Papatolios and his team are fabulous people who are deeply passionate about their work. The level of hospitality and care about guests is exceptional ! I have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff always leave a lasting impression with their professionalism, friendliness and hospitality. In Sheraton Krakow hotel all managers, receptionists, club lounge workers, concierge, supervisors, chefs, waiters, cooks, bell boys, housekeeping - everyone tries to do the best and you always want to come back as soon as possible. The general manager Mr Apostolos Papatolios, despite working hard , he is always visible and very open to communicate with guests to ensure they are happy to be here. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Everything was comfortable and well organized. I’d definitely stay here again.

Arrived at the Grand Sheraton early evening. Welcomed by a lovely reception area and a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby. Reception staff were great, helped us navigate the city and explained where the Christmas markets were and authentic polish food restaurants. Great location, opposite castle and river and a short walk from the square. Breakfast was fab, huge variety and catered to all needs. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the Club Lounge was particularly impressive. The lounge was very comfortable, well equipped, and offered a great selection of food and drinks, all of which were of very high quality. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service. After I had accidentally left a personal item behind, Robert immediately took care of arranging the international shipment back to Japan. This was far beyond his normal duties, yet he handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. I was truly touched by his support. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, making it a perfect base for exploring Krakow. Thanks to the wonderful facilities and, above all, the outstanding staff, this was an unforgettable experience. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.
