Wonderful Easter gateway
We stayed here for 4 nights over Easter. And so glad we did. Brilliant location close enough to the Old Town and many restaurants. Great food too, especially the Easter brunch at their Anima restaurant. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge managed to organise a sightseeing tour for us on a very short notice and so we enjoyed a 2 hour long ride in a golf buggy around Krakow (with a pick up and drop off just right outside the Sheraton) with an English speaking guide. The Rooftop Bar was a great spot to try different cocktails in the evening. Julia and her colleagues were amazing mixologists and delighted us with various drinks. We can highly recommend this hotel for a long weekend.

We arrived at the Sheraton Grand last Monday, the most beautiful people.. the staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble. Our room was divine, amazing food.. The receptionists were so very welcome, they went over and above ! The restaurant manager was lovely as was his team, was lovely to meet Ali. It was my daughter’s birthday so on Thursday they surprised her with cakes in our room. Worth every penny ! Would definitely return and intend to. Thank you Sheraton grand.. you’re all the best! Excellent hotel for business travellers
Sheraton Grand Krakow is an excellent hotel. It is modern, comfortable and located in a prime location close to Wawel Castle and the city’s cultural heart. I deeply appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of all staff. The breakfast is good and very convenient to start a busy working day.

Great Experince
I moved to Krakow a Year ago and my favorite place to have breakfast/lunch/dinner is the Sheraton Grand Krakow. Beautiful views of the Wisla river and the food service is excellent. I go in a few times a week and everything is always great. Nikola is usually my server and she is amazing. I never had to wait for anything and the hotel always treats me well. A pleasant stay close to the centre
The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and up to date. The breakfast has a good choice and the overall building set up is nice. They are missing a nice bar when you like to have an evening drink. It’s a bit of a sports bar with little ambiance connected to the hotel that closes at 12PM which is a pity because it doesn’t invite to stay for late night drinks.
