Great hotel
What a great hotel in a lovely location, right by the Castle. The rooms are a good size, the staff are really friendly and the rooftop bar has great views

Ideal hotel in Krakow
Perfect location - relatively quiet road, on the river, equidistant between Jewish quarter and old town. Modern, clean, good service. Everything simple apart from my keys not giving me access to club lounge which took 3 attempts to fix. Breakfast excellent. Atmosphere always good even if the piped music not to taste and the atrium creating a massive echo. Ridiculous inflatable dinosaur out of place but otherwise lots of staff, always helpful, generally excellent. Room OK though not convinced by the aircon - never reached the set temp.

Anima Lounge Bar
Beautiful hotel and the Anima Lounge Bar staff are awesome most especially Anna!! Her charm and great service is a great attribute!!

Anna at the Anima Lounge Bar was wonderful. Very friendly and Anna provided outstanding service. I would rate her service a 5. Overall hotel rated a 4.

Great visit at the rooftop
