Wonderfully Situated Hotel
Wonderfully situated, the hotel offers a warm cozy atmosphere with its cheerful staff and excellent kitchen. The views from the rooftop are spectacular and the food equally good to go with it, The rooms are spacious, neat and clean albeit a little dated. Great value for money. Shoutout to Justine and Kamil - wonderful folks who helped us interact with our travel agent on a day trip to Auschwitz and Berkenau. Loved the experience at the Lounge - Monica and the gentleman with the ponytail were simply awesome. The food and drinks served at the lounge was outstanding and the service impeccable.

Good vibes and stay at Sheraton Krakow
Stayed at the Sheraton May 6-11. Had a great stay. Very good location, an 8 minute walk to the old town square, with a castle and river view. Hotel was clean and modern and room was very comfortable. Ate at the restaurant and the food was very good and well priced. The breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent - high quality, lots of choice. We were able to use the Lounge in the hotel and it was excellent. Snacks all day and a nice small buffet in the evening. Beer and alcohol was free. Robert ran the lounge and kept it clean, all guests looked after. Natalia excellent at front desk and the young lady at the Concierge was a wealth of knowledge and arranged our sightseeing to the salt Mine and Auschwitz. Highly recommend this Sheraton - you will be well looked after.

Sheraton Grand Krakow - Krakow
The hotel is very well located, right in front of the river and next to the castle, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and the spa area was very relaxing, with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Breakfast had a good variety and quality of options. Access to the Club Lounge was also a great plus, with snacks and drinks available throughout the day, and even proper dinner options served in the evening. The perfect place to stay in Krakow!
