Memorable stay in Krakow
Fabulous hotel overlooking the Wawel Castle and Vistula river. Perfect location, easy access into the Market Square and Old town. Great staff and good choice of restaurants both in and outside the hotel.

Great visit in krakow
Our first visit to Poland and opted to stay in Sheraton grand krakow ! What a great decision it was in the perfect location on the river near the castle 15 minute walk to old town. The room was good size lovely views and staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. A special thanks to Ali in the executive lounge . He took great care of us . We will definitely return here the next visit to krakow !

Excellent In Every Way
We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay. Everyone with whom we interacted was friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious, well-designed and comfortable. The beds were excellent. The televisions are incredibly high definition with extra large screens. We had a peek-a-boo view of Wawel Castle, which was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was elaborate with everything one could possibly want, including made to order omelettes. The spacious lobby is beautiful. The hotel is in the perfect location, near the river, the castle and easy walking distance to the old town square. We had such a positive experience here and highly recommend it.

Relax next to the old town
It’s a great hotel with very good Italian restaurant, great sport bar, nice massage. People working there create relaxed atmosphere (thank you Maria!)
