Sheraton Grand Krakow

We had a wonderful time in the Sheraton Grand. As others already write the location is just perfect and most sights are in walking distance. The atrium style of the hotel itself is very special and cosy, sometimes you can hear a very faint laughter from guests in the lobby restaurant. The rooms are spacious and the river/castle view really beautiful. The bathrooms are a bit on the smaller side. We loved the nespresso machine and the complimentary water. We treated ourselves to a room with club lounge access and enjoyed a nice dessert every evening. The breakfast buffet in the atrium lobby is absolutely excellent, the choices and quality are outstanding, including various fresh fruit, dairy, excellent bread, and local specialties. Even the coffee tastes great which is not always the case in hotel restaurants. We will definitely be back in the summer. Krakow is a stunningly beautiful city and the Sheraton fits in perfectly.

Lovely hotel, from the lady on the front desk, to the young barman mixing cocktails everone made us feel so welcome. Excellent facilities,spa is realy nice, great location In-between the New Town & the Jewish Quarter. We will be back next year

Staying at the Sheraton Grand Krakow was a pleasure! My wife and I were on a three week Christmas Markets tour, Krakow was near the end of the excursion and we were getting tired. However, this hotel provided excellent service to help us rest and rejuvenate. Krakow is a very fun place to visit. We plan on coming again sometime in the future...

Nice hotel near plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff are very attentive and helpful. There is a pool, laundry services, a bar and restaurant located within the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean.

From our arrival at reception through to leaving after a 3 night stay we felt looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous, including providing good guidance for a local tour and riverboat cruise. Our room was to a good standard and clean with a daily service. We both slept well as the beds were very comfortable. Food and drink were reasonably priced and the quality was excellent. We used the sports bar and again felt this was a nice touch in the hotel. Hotel is well placed for your pick up and access to Christmas markets. All told a very enjoyable stay.
