Very nice hotel and outstanding staff.
This is my favorite hotel in Poland & Austria. I stayed there 4-5 times this year. Very nice hotel and outstanding staff. Ask for a room with view on the river or the castle.

Nice Stay
We stayed here two nights with our tour group. It was a good location. There was nothing fabulous about this hotel that we would want to rave about in our review. No negatives either. A comfortable place to stay while in Krakow.

Exceptional stay!
Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding. Each morning began with an amazing breakfast—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Monika at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to assist us. She was not only helpful and professional but also genuinely kind. She helped us book a city tour and arranged train tickets, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The location was fantastic—perfect for exploring the city with ease. The rooms were fabulous, with luxurious bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!

Excellent Krakow experience
I was on two day business trip in Krakow. Hotel experience is wooow - the best ever. I want to emphasize the great stuff the hotel have, especially Justyna at reception help me a lot- she is great. Definetely recommend the hotel when you are in beutiful Krakow.
