Staff was vesy helpful and the staff guard at the swimming pool very good looking man . If u have extra money please try experience stay at this hotel..u cannot regret it..1 night feel like 10night u stayed it .

A perfect experience from my 1st step into Merdeka 118 lobby till the time I left the premise. The room, the atmosphere, the facilities and the restaurants are great but the defining difference is the quality of services rendered always with warmth and friendliness.

Excellent hard products. Otherwise soft products so many improvements needed. 1. Provide welcome drink, hot/cold towel. Check in guest is sitting rather than standing. 2. Wife food requested for medium well burger, came out as medium rare. 3. Staff at swimming pool chased out my toddlers from changing room after swimming pool. Following me and kids which doesn’t disturb other guests. Not comfortable with him. Else, just enough saying kids not allowed here then just let us be. I respect other guests privacy.
