Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Two weeks ago, we had lunch at the Park Lounge restaurant at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. It was a wonderful opportunity and an unforgettable experience to enjoy the Kuala Lumpur view from the 75th floor of Merdeka 118. This restaurant is the highest place to have lunch in KL at the time. The staff were very helpful and kind to everyone. Special thanks to supervisor Wei Liang, who gave us the opportunity to enjoy the most iconic view of central Kuala Lumpur from a very special place — the VIP room of the restaurant.

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — refined, elegant, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were experiencing something truly special. Our suite was incredibly spacious and impeccably appointed, offering both comfort and sophistication. Every space felt intentional and serene, creating a sense of calm high above the city. The pool on the 99th floor is simply stunning — an unforgettable setting with breathtaking views that make it one of the most spectacular hotel pools anywhere. It’s the kind of place where you pause and realize how extraordinary the experience is. Every member of the staff we encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely friendly. A special mention to Brian from the entrance/arrival/bell team, who was consistently kind and welcoming. He made us feel truly appreciated as guests and set the tone for the gracious hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. This hotel is destined to be considered one of the great hotels of the world. We left already looking forward to our return.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - it was honestly one of the best hotel stays of my life. I stayed with my girlfriend over Chinese New Year and despite it being super busy we had an amazing time. Everything from the room on the 111th floor, to the incredible breakfast, to the pool was unforgettable. Really recommend and we cannot wait to return. Amelia on the guest experience team is an absolute credit to the hotel an ensured that we had a great time from start to finish.

Overall, I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The room was elegant and beautifully designed, and all of the staff members were warm, polite, and professional. The breakfast was also excellent. The Malaysian and Indian dishes were particularly impressive—delicious, refined, and clearly prepared with care. The breakfast service staff were incredibly friendly as well. I also experienced the spa, and the massage therapist, Evelyn, was outstanding. Her skills were excellent and made the experience truly relaxing.

We recently stayed at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur in Room 10400 (Deluxe King Room), and it was an exceptional experience! The ambiance of the hotel is refined, calm, and luxurious. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was equally impressive, perfect for unwinding. The breathtaking view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline was simply stunning, especially at night. Luckily we had good clear skies! We requested for the best view, told them it was my birthday and their team truly exceeded our expectations. We were delighted to receive a cake, a personalised handwritten birthday card, free breakfast and a heartfelt “Happy Birthday” written on the mirror by the Guest Experience Host team. The turndown service was excellent and attentive to details. In fact, we loved spending time in the room so much that we didn't leave and decided to eat in. The only small area for improvement would be the room service menu, as a wider variety of options (meat choices too) would be appreciated. However, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with exceptional service and thoughtful touches. We would happily return and highly recommend it for special occasions. Kudos to the entire team for making me feel so special!
