If you are looking for a one of a kind experience in an iconic Kuala Lumpur hotel, this has to be it. Feel the warmth as you enter the 75th floor lobby to the journey (yes it feels like a journey) to your room feels like entering a new sanctuary. The rooms are tastefully designed (except for the hard to understand light switches which you can figure our after a while) and gasp... spaciousness! Most hotels in towers feels so narrow but Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur managed to bring our the grandeur of hotel stays of yesteryears. I highly recommend the Tower View Rooms. The views are fabulous especially at night. Then check out Level 99 and the portal to another dimension in the Changing Room! Here's why... fabulous scenes as you do your workout in the gym or stretch in the Studio with the view of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower then move over to the Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi. This has to be the best jacuzzi in the world with its infinity pool staring into again... the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. Immerse yourself into the swimming pool for some underwater music! Bet you did not know this! No reviewer even put their head in and come out to tell you this cool feature in their haute couture reviews. Then... step into another dimension in the Changing Room for their hydrotheraphy jacuzzi. The halotheraphy room is not warm enough - please refer to Hilton Kuching's halotheraphy room for how it should be adjusted. I think Park Hyatt need to find a more fitting name for the Changing Room... Then... the spa! The couple spa's design is just romantic with a private jacuzzi of course for 2. Then consider having your meetings in Salon 3 (this is the salon with the best view - you have been informed!) and the common breakout area. There is even a show kitchen at the Executive Salon Level 98 (fancy name for Meeting Room Level). There you go, a concise review of what awaits and I await Tripadvisor to flag me again for writing another detailed review.

I love the hotel, love coming to the Hotel again when I travel on business trip and it's my home away from home. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and 1 wouldn't book anywhere else. Compared to my other travels and the hotel's I stay at the Hotel are above the rest!" I have staved at some of the best Hotels around the country and world and the Hotel is right up there with them." Your staff is one of the most professional. Your housekeeping staff JAPAN BARUA is very courteous whc can always make my stay comfort and takes the feedback about the stay at all the times when he show me, which is most important in the hospitality I often visit your place. I happy with kind of service I get all the times. Keep up the good work. Thank you hyatt,

We recently spent a night at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur to celebrate a special occasion, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Three team members stood out in particular: Nadhir at the front desk, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and explained everything clearly, Farhana, who thoughtfully arranged a beautiful welcome setup and handwritten card, and Sean at breakfast, whose attention to detail and kindness made our morning feel especially well cared for. Their hospitality felt personal. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and calming , a quiet retreat above the city. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area, which offered a peaceful atmosphere and lovely skyline views. Breakfast, however, deserves a special mention. The beef soup noodles are a must-try : rich, fragrant, and comforting. The dim sum and kaya toast were also excellent, showcasing both execution and quality ingredients. It set the tone for a slow, relaxed morning. I had read a few less enthusiastic reviews before arriving, but in our experience, the hotel truly exceeded expectations across comfort, service, and dining. Thank you to the team for making our celebration feel meaningful. We look forward to returning.

It’s a pretty amazing feat to open a hotel like this, and overall a top notch experience. It has been open just a few months when we checked in. There were some quirks, and like other hotels master the human element can be a challenge. But for every error the response is surprisingly spot on to fix whatever it was to go wrong. The team is already well coordinated but there were some items with front desk that once the team focused, were easily resolved. These team members all made our stay a little bit better. A new hotel, with exceptional facilities and the pool was amazing. Rooms were spacious and staff members are great. Need more restaurants. Either a Japanese or Chinese restaurant should be considered.
