Top notch services, facilities and experiences. "Breakfast in the sky"
A delightful choice to do a staycation for special occasions. Wonderful service and pleasantly surprised by the complimentary "gifts" which included a free upgrade. Totally appreciated the kind gesture. The room, facilities and various amenities were superb. Spacious and luxurious. Highlight would be the breakfast buffet. High quality ingredients and was really delicious! The mix of breakfast buffet and Ala carte really made our stay memorable as you can eat in peace without having to queue for your food. Not to mention the quality and the spread was really. delicious. Shout out to the friendly Head Chef Matt who came to our table to explain more about the food. Felt like his private guess at home. Totally wonderful

One of the highest hotel in the world ! The service is impeccable. The food was marvelous. Room suites sizing and amenities are very good.

Exceptional service and stunning views
I expected 5-star service, but Park Hyatt KL truly exceeded my expectations. While the modern design and views are breathtaking, the standout feature was the staff - from the valet and reception team to the servers at the bar—was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to KL.

Amazing stay
Amazing staff, amazing view, amazing amenities, definitely worth the stay, our flight was at night, safe to keep our luggage with them & if we had the time we could actually freshen up at the hotel facilities so it was a nice touch from the hot weather.
