Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

The room layout was really nice and different from traditional hotel rooms. It’s almost like a mini suite; there was a small ‘study’ near the entrance, a walk-in wardrobe and bath area, but you have the option to close the sliding doors for privacy. The shower was good, there was a Japanese-style toilet with heated seat. There was a mini Nespresso coffee maker complete with espresso pods (not instant coffee), and teapot for steeping organic tea. Overall a well-appointed room; my only complaint was that the bath towels were too thick and heavy. Our room was on the 109th floor overlooking the KL Tower and the view was great. The room rate comes with complimentary breakfast for 2 at the Park Lounge located on 75th floor. The food and service was amazing; you can order anything from the menù (as much as you want/can eat) in addition to the buffet items. We tried the gym; spacious, nice view of the city and well-equipped. They have a heated indoor infinity pool but not too big.

Kuala Lumpur’s finest hotel offers an impressive building and excellent facilities, making every stay a dream. The views are simply amazing.The views are simply amazing and the rooms are spacious with luxurious amenities including LeLabo products.) The modern vibe of this place is irresistible, making you want to linger and stay.

Professional and prompt service. Genuine help & sincerity of staff. The premises and grounds are show concerted efforts of upkeep and maintenance.

Overall a great stay with very friendly staff. Too many to call out but Huda, Kavi, and Esca were standouts. Finishes were immaculate and the design was very luxurious for the newest hotel in KL. Since our rooms were not quite ready, the staff treated us drinks in the living room while we waited (only about 10 minutes). Rooms were absolutely amazing however my dad's room had an extremely squeaky lounge chair (the only quality issue we had for the furniture). The welcome gifts for Hyatt Prive were very generous, consisting of wine and fruit (I believe the three tier canister treats are provided to all guests but if not, add that to the welcome gift). Loved the Le Labo amenities as they're my favorite brand. The view overlooking the Petronas Towers at nighttime was one of the most stunning views I've seen anywhere. Drinks at Cacao were delightful and as stated, the staff there was extremely friendly and were very personable by making small talk. Breakfast was a definite highlight and the quality of dishes were some of the best I've had anywhere. Everything was fresh and the idea that you could essentially order as much as you wanted was really nice. Lunch in the same room was also good quality. The men's spa area was also one of the best I've seen and I had the whole area to myself for the hour I was there and was able to use the jacuzzi, steam rooms, etc. as if I was in my own luxury spa. At check-out, the ladies in upstairs lobby were insistent to take our luggage all the way to our waiting taxi, so nice of them! Also we were granted 4PM check-out when we checked in which truly made us feel non-rushed on checkout day. Only two slight critiques during the stay: the floor toilet area in my bathroom was somehow noticeably dirty (when I mentioned this at check-out, they were mortified and said this would addressed immediately). Also the service for lunch in the main restaurant was a bit harried for our party of 8. Regardless, for the exceptional price point and benefits, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. When the mall inside of 118 is opened, this will truly be a great destination to stay with plenty to do.

Outstanding product (well it’s a Park Hyatt). The staffs/crew are all very welcoming & respectful.Am sure the management/team trained them well.(Trust me,I know ‘a bit’ about customer services too).
