Good hotel for stay
If you stay here, you must carve out a morning for the pool. The 'Sky Sanctuary' vibe is real—the natural light and minimalist design make it incredibly peaceful. The vitality pool and the high-end amenities in the changing rooms show their commitment to detail. After a swim, the Himalayan Salt Sauna was the perfect way to detox while still enjoying those panoramic skyline views. It is easily the most impressive hotel pool floor in Southeast Asia.

Unforgettable experience
There are many good impression upon arrival: welcoming receptionists and their attentiveness towards our additional requests, afternoon tea lounge and the room which was upgraded with kl tower&klcc view. The stay was amazing with the view plus additional bonus from the facilities. The breakfast is similiarly satisfying with the wide variety from the ala carte menu (Especially beef noodles and kaya toast!!).

Not 5 star service, long wait times
You lost me at check out. I waited 20 minutes while others skipped the line. For a 5 star hotel, I did not get 5 star service.
