The best park hyatt
I stayed at the park Hyatt in Kuala Lumpur and I have to say I think it’s one of the best. When I went to the pool, Jasmita helped me in the female locker room. I basically had it all to myself and they have a steam room sauna, private hot tub. Absolutely fantastic. I could die happy after this. What a wonderful place to unwind after experiencing Kuala Lumpur.

The service provided by all personnel at the hotel. They go above and beyond to satisfy customers and exceed their expectations, at least what we experienced. We were checked in earlier and had the opportunity to experience the hotel for longer. I was given a birthday cake as I was celebrating my birthday and it was a delicious piece of cake, not just a “nice touch”. We ordered room service and it service was spotless. We were greeted with so much kindness every time we left/came back to the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, everything was made with attention to detail. The way everything was presented in the buffet, precise cuts, tidy, beautiful and always everything restocked immediately. We had everything we needed in the hotel room and if we needed extra coffee capsules or teas, the staff immediately sent it to our room. We both believe the level of service provided at your hotel is exceptional and rarely seen even at a 5 star hotel, so keep it up. We’d gladly return.
