Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Service was very good from check in to the pool, which was a comfortable and unique experience on Level 99. The pool staff, Api and Kimi were so friendly and allowed my son another 10mins beyond closing to get out of the pool. They were constantly water sweeping the pool decks to ensure dry decks for the guests. We actually came back for another stay because my son loved the pool

We enjoyed our first stay at the Park Hyatt KL for 3 nights. As this was a new addition to the Hyatt portfolio, we were excited to experience the property and the overall height of the building. We booked a standard king room and stayed on the 108th floor. The room was very large, with a unique layout due to the design of the building, and offered spectacular panoramic views of KL with plenty of natural light. The design was very much in line with the modern and refined Park Hyatt aesthetic, with a clean, understated feel and beautiful finishes. The hotel had only been open for about four months when we visited, so the room did still have a slight new-construction smell during our stay. If you are particularly sensitive to this, you may want to give the property a little more time to settle in. Service was good overall, although it wasn't quite as seamless as what we've experienced at other Park Hyatt properties, but I'm sure some of the service flow will improve with time. Breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed dinner at the main restaurant, where both the food and overall experience were good. The pool is definitely a highlight, with panoramic views of the city and the Petronas Towers. The gym is also exceptionally large and well-equipped. The hotel's location provides easy access to the metro, making it convenient to explore KL. Grab is also very easy to use around KL. Overall, we are glad we had the opportunity to stay at such a unique Hyatt property.

Love everything, service by check in- out. And the room are clean, bed very comfortable. Love the dark chocolate. Mederka food need more better service to customers with orders (87).

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur has effortlessly become one of my favourite city hotels. It is more than just a luxurious place to stay it is an experience that leaves a lasting impression. I look forward to returning and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an elegant, tranquil, and truly memorable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Best part about this hotel is the warm hospitality from the staff, truly. From the moment you check in until you leave the hotel! Breakfast is A MUST (kaya toast and spinach poori). We had the deluxe room for 3 pax and it is much much bigger than the twin room for 2 pax. Gym, pool are tip top. Keep a lookout for Budi (from Cacao Bar) and Kris, F&B Manager. They are the loveliest and so fun to talk to!
