Staffs were amazing and very friendly especially at pool and spa areas. Facilities and views are top notch when your room was at 108 floor. Foods and their attention to details are highest quality. Will definitely be back very soon

We wanted to take a moment to share our appreciation for the many team members who made our stay truly special. While the beautiful room, stunning views, and thoughtful anniversary arrangements were wonderful, what stood out most was the genuine warmth, attentiveness, and kindness of your people. Also jot to forget the free upgrade (this is our first time getting a free upgrade, by the way, 😅) We hope this feedback reaches the team members mentioned below, as they deserve recognition for making our celebration so memorable and the stay welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the team were evident. The staff at the North Entrance, the concierge, and the lobby receptionists were all welcoming and helpful. A special mention goes to Mr Siva (for arranging our extended stay), Farah (checking us in - and made us feel welcomed) and, and the (Chinese) lady receptionist whom I can only remember for is her big diamond ring (for informing the Guest Experience Team to set up our in-room anniversary deco). The bell team also made us feel well taken care of, including the gentleman who kindly brought our bags up to our room - a Malay guy, whom I did bot catch his name. What made the experience even more meaningful was the thoughtful personalisation arranged by the Guest Experience Team. Appreciation to Shelley and Rey for the decoration and a beautiful handwritten anniversary message. These thoughtful details made the occasion feel personal (not AI generated generic cards, 🤣) rather than simply another hotel booking. Thank you both for helping make our meaningful milestone so memorable. Throughout the day, we continued to encounter people who made a difference in small but meaningful ways. Amirul and Jacky at Park Lounge made us feel at home, and the team member (an Indian lady in a suit) who assisted us with takeaway drinks was sangat helpful. We would also like to recognise Kai Yen for taking our order of a customised Oolong Tea and the kitchen for preparing it (which tasted way better than Chagee, obviously). Not to forget well as Kelvin (and his smiles) from the bell team, was very very helpful with our luggage. The warmth extended beyond the lobby and guest rooms. The Kakak and Abang-abang at the pool and spa reception were approachable and welcoming, and the housekeeping team, including the Bangladeshi gentleman working at the fitness centre, deserves recognition too. Last but not lease, during checkout, a Malay gentleman at reception wearing a black face mask kindly helped extend our stay by an additional 30 minutes. It may sound like a small gesture, but that really-really helped us. His kindness and willingness to accommodate our request were greatly appreciated. Looking back, what stood out most was the consistency of the service. From the first welcome at the entrance to the final moments at checkout, we encountered staff members who were warm, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. No single gesture alone defined the stay; it was the accumulation of all these moments that made it exceptional. Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur delivered the sense of understated luxury one would expect from the brand, but it was the human touch that made our anniversary truly special. We left feeling happy, appreciated, and already looking forward to returning. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our anniversary stay memorable. You have given us wonderful memories to look back on, and we hope this recognition reaches each of the team members mentioned.
