An exceptional stay at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views from Merdeka 118, elegant rooms, and impeccable attention to detail. A special thank you to Huda, Siva, Intan, and Natasha for their outstanding hospitality. Although our room was not ready at check-in, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable while waiting. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Luxury is expected, but exceptional service is what makes a stay memorable. We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful family staycation to celebrate my Mum's birthday. The service was impeccable from the Lower Ground Mezzanine (LGM) floor to the check-in lobby at Level 75. The host accompanied us to our rooms and gave a walkabout to show all the amenities. The King Bedroom with Tower View had spacious sofa in the corner where my siblings could gather for a mini celebration with our parents. We booked 3 rooms and was offered complimentary breakfast. The breakfast at Park Lounge at Level 75 is excellent, from the service of the team to the variety and quality of food offered. There is a good buffet selection and also selected items which can be ordered from a menu. The beef noodle soup, shashuka, french toast, kaya toast and half-boiled egg, nasi lemak, crystal prawn dumpling, egg yolk lave buns, egg florentine with smoked salmon are our favourite. There is also good variety of pastries, fresh fruits, salad, cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit juice, fresh coconut and kombucha (matcha kombucha is our preferred choice). I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for the wonderful hospitality and memorable experience throughout my stay. Special thanks to Razi at the swimming pool area for warmly explaining the facilities such as the pool, sauna, and other amenities. It was also a thoughtful gesture when he served us fruits and kombucha after our swim, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to commend Amirul from the dining team for his excellent service. During breakfast on the second day, I initially ordered roti canai through Hazim, but it was mistakenly delivered to another table by Sharma. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I hope the team can improve on acknowledging such situations with a simple apology or proactive follow-up, as it would help guests feel more attended to while waiting. Nevertheless, Amirul handled the matter professionally and ensured we were well taken care of afterwards. My appreciation also goes to Dil Singh from room service/housekeeping for his swift assistance in making up the bed and clearing the rubbish. His polite manner and attention to cleanliness were truly appreciated. At the front desk, Ridwan and Nadhir made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. They even assisted me in creating a World of Hyatt account, which was very helpful. I would also like to thank Danial from the front desk. Although my check-out had already been completed through the online express service, he kindly helped to take several photos for me and my wife. The pictures turned out beautifully and became lovely memories for us. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Malay lady at the pastries section during breakfast service. She kindly assisted us by serving yogurt and even helped to cut guava for me and my wife, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality truly enhanced our breakfast experience. In addition, she and another gentleman also went around to each table to share the cinnamon bread with guests. We absolutely loved it and genuinely appreciated the effort and hospitality shown by both of them. Lastly, heartfelt thanks to Ava for her exceptional assistance during our departure. Upon noticing that I was carrying heavy luggage, she immediately offered help and accompanied us all the way to the parking area with a warm smile and professional service throughout. Overall, the hospitality and attentiveness shown by the team truly made our stay special and memorable. Thank you once again for the excellent experience.
