Stay at Park Hyatt KL
I stayed at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a genuinely enjoyable and well-balanced stay. What stood out most to me wasn’t just the design or the views, but the people who made the experience feel warm and personal. At Park Lounge, Qusyairi was consistently attentive and thoughtful without ever being overbearing. Service felt natural and easy. At Cacao Bar, both Aisyah and Esca were excellent — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Conversations were easy, recommendations were spot on, and the atmosphere never felt rushed. I’d also like to mention Kris Yau, the Outlet Manager. You can really sense good leadership in how smoothly the team works together and how consistent the service feels across different outlets. Everything ran quietly and efficiently, and that kind of coordination doesn’t happen by accident. Overall, this stay felt comfortable, unforced, and thoughtfully put together. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of without being constantly aware of it. I truly appreciated the team’s efforts and would be very happy to return.

Very limited breakfast buffet
- Park Hyatt, strong 5 star hotel with nice KL view. - Considering the room rate and the breakfast buffet spread, it is not recommended and it does not reflect Park Hyatt brand. - The hotel offers the basic breakfast but nothing extra. The breakfast buffet Indian and middle eastern menu is very limited compared to Four Seasons KL. - Other hotel in KL offers more breakfast options for example shangri la kl offer hash brown ice cream, pizza, chocolate fountain, choux pastry. - If you want strong 5 star hotel with good KL view and large breakfast buffet then consider four seasons hotel KL. Four seasons offers large buffet spread with baklava, pasta, large selection of pastries
