This is a superb hotel. We have been lucky enough to have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is certainly one of the best. It simply delivers an unforgettable five star experience. The rooms are spacious and elegant with breath taking views and we found the staff friendly with an impeccable level of service. Special mention to Kris the food and beverage manager who is a real asset to the Park Hyatt Team. His passion, attention to detail and genuine care was much appreciated. On cloud 9 literally. If this is your first visit to KL, stay at Park Hyatt and you'll have no regrets. All their staff are amazingly friendly, you know you're well taken care of. The food portion is really generous and breakfast addition to the room is a MUST!
