Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

The pool located on the 99th floor was an amazing experience with a breathtaking view. It's really nice to also have two separate pools, where the smaller pool has a warmer water temperature. Our daughter had an unfortunate slip by the lounge chair as it was quite slippery. I also had a near fall experience but quickly managed to balance myself. We strongly believe that the type of marble tile installed, despite it giving a luxurious feel to the area, could potentially pose a risk especially to younger children, the elderly or expecting mothers. The lifeguard, Apit, was genuinely apologetic and advised that he would file a report to highlight the issue. He had also shared that they did make some improvements compared to before. Apit was very consistent in ensuring that the floors are thoroughly mopped and the mats are tightly secured onto the floor but that would mean that he would have to continue doing so each time a guest steps out of the pool. It's also refreshing to have drinks available for guests by the pool and you could order meals to be delivered to you as well. Great Hotel and staff took care of all needs though initially we had ask them for an upgrade which was given at the end that was great, spa and recreational facilities are fab! front desk staff were very polite. great hotel in KL.

The attention to details was amazing , greetings by the lift lobby and staff showing direction. The whole breakfast spread and experience was remarkable .

Our stay at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur at Merdeka 118 was truly outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel offers an exceptional experience, combining luxurious surroundings, breathtaking views and genuinely warm hospitality. A special thank you to Katryna, the Front Desk Manager, for her awesome service and attention throughout our stay. She made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured that everything was handled perfectly. We would also like to recognise Eunice Lim, the Reservations Manager, for her excellent assistance and professionalism. Both Katryna and Eunice went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Our corner room was spacious, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The panoramic views were absolutely amazing and were one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to such spectacular views of Kuala Lumpur made the experience even more special. Breakfast was another standout. The selection was amazing, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service from the breakfast team was excellent. There was a wonderful variety of options, and the quality of everything we tried was exceptional. One small moment during breakfast perfectly demonstrated the hotel’s outstanding level of service. We casually asked a staff member whether the fried noodles were nice. They told us they were delicious and that a fresh batch would be coming out shortly. We simply said, “No worries, we’ll come back for them.” To our surprise, when the fresh batch was ready, the staff brought the noodles directly to our table without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The noodles were delicious, and this simple act showed just how attentive, caring and proactive the staff are. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, attentive and genuinely committed to providing exceptional hospitality. The service felt personal and thoughtful at every stage of our stay. Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur delivers an unforgettable hotel experience with amazing staff, beautiful rooms, incredible views, excellent food and world-class hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
