Amazing Couples Massage for a birthday treat
The couples massage at the Park Hyatt was amazing. High level service right from the start with warm welcome from Aqil, providing a tour and welcome drink. Amazing view from the spa on floor 99 and the treatment and massage was so relaxing and made a birthday very special. Highly recommended. Lovely and Helsika were so skilled and great therapists and made us both feel so relaxed. Hope to be back again in the future.

An almost perfect celebration
Everything was excellent. Merdeka Grill and Cacoa Mixology & Chocolate make our wedding anniversary exceptionally special. Unfortunately we chose a date when the haze was very bad so we were unable to appreciate the views.

A pleasant stay, with room for a few small touches
We stayed at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for our fourth wedding anniversary and enjoyed the beautiful hotel and overall experience. The hotel has an impressive setting, and the staff were generally warm and helpful. There were, however, a few small touches that I felt could make the guest experience even more special. For example, we did not receive a welcome drink or cool towels during check-in, and the TV welcome message displayed only my name rather than both my partner’s and mine. Having experienced thoughtful welcome touches at other luxury hotels, I feel these small details could further enhance the personalised experience at Park Hyatt. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we appreciated the hotel being part of our anniversary celebration.

I went for the SPA and attended by therapist Nini, it is a superb experience, relaxing and refreshing after the treatment. It is well recommended to enjoy such a luxury SPA experience in Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur
