Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

A unique, awe inspiring experience. The breakfast alone was worth the stay. The room is well-fussed over. Excellent service.

The service level and attention to detail by all the staff (at all levels) were astounding. Truly Malaysian world class hospitality! One of the best experiences I've had in any Park Hyatt (and we've stayed in quite a few globally!). It made my parent's in law's 50th anniversary celebration such a special occasion. One of the times it really felt worthwhile to be a Globalist WoH member; as we were provided true pampering and hands-on white glove service. Not forgetting, their suite rooms are out of this world - especially when you're sleeping above the 100th floor above the clouds... Bravo to the all-star team in Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur - we will be back!!

My stay at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional. The wellness program was exactly what I needed—truly rejuvenating and thoughtfully curated, like it was just what the doctor ordered after a long stretch of work. Every detail felt elevated, from the incredible food to the warm, attentive staff who made the entire experience seamless and personal. Being set within one of the world’s tallest towers only added to the sense of awe—there’s something special about looking out over the city from such an iconic vantage point. An unforgettable stay that perfectly balanced luxury, comfort, and wellbeing. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning my return.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. I was warmly welcomed and thoughtfully acknowledged as a Hyatt member, which made the check-in feel extra special and personalized. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, creating a great first impression. The room exceeded expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully arranged, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt intentional, from the plush bed to the well-prepared amenities, making it easy to relax and unwind. Service throughout the stay was consistently excellent. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The setting was calm and inviting, making it the perfect start to each day. Overall, from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully executed. A truly enjoyable stay that I would happily return to.

The views are spectacular and the stay was pretty good. It didn't seem like there was much advantage to being a GoH, except getting breakfast included. It's possible to take the lifts to the 114th floor, but they haven't opened that floor yet and there are big black sheets over the lift entrance to prevent you getting out! Breakfast was pretty good, but not stunning. Some of the dishes were really good, such as the shakshuka. The area directly around the hotel is pretty quiet, but it's very close to the famous Petaling Street. Public transport isn't great there, so it's easier to use Grab. While the pool is mostly lovely, the floor is super slippery. I assume they chose what looks like marble flooring because it appears elegant, but it's a terrible choice around a pool. They've put great big rubber mats all over the place, which is safer but looks silly. They should have chosen flooring appropriate for walking on when wet.
