Our time at Shang-ri-La was simply amazing, everything as per usual was all executed with such ease and efficiency. We chose to have a wedding here for the second time for a reason. Special mention goes to Aiman our butler who tirelessly worked so hard to accommodate our needs. He was very kind and helpful. Others include Fadhil, Anthony, Nizam, Bakhtiar who helped the rest of my family who were also so very happy with the service. Shang-ri-la is a top hotel because of these guys and we will definitely come back for the next one. Thank you so much for making our journey smooth. We finished our three-week trip to Malaysia with a stay in a suite at the Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, and it was a wonderful way to end the holiday. The suite was spacious and beautifully presented, and our children loved the tent bed that had been set up for them. Breakfast was extensive and exceptionally well done, with a huge choice of Malaysian and international food. After moving around so much during our trip, it was lovely to have somewhere comfortable and luxurious for our final few days. Excellent hotel and a perfect way to finish our holiday.
