Lunch at Shang Palace
Dine in during lunch hour at Shang Palace during 19 Apr . We was served by Alice. She gave us a great hospitality and service. Will definetely come back again.

Had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to staff Ina for her warm hospitality and outstanding service. She was very attentive, professional, and made our stay even more memorable. Truly a 5-star experience.

Welcoming stay
We stayed at Shangri-La KL for 2 nights to attend a wedding. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and luxurious. We took a suite and really loved our room. The service was impeccable and the staff in the hotel were excellent. Special mention to Ina at Horizon Club lounge who was attentive and professional.
