Shang Palace - Always a great experience here. Consistent and delicious food, excellent service, and such a cozy spot to dine in town.

I 100% recommend that you visit the Spa! I had the oxygen facial and deep tissue massage from Yanna and she was absolutely excellent! Wish I could go back again! The hotel is fantastic overall.

Junah did an amazing job with my massage. My massage was from head to toe. She applied medium to light pressure and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! She was also very nice and kind. I highly recommend her for your next massage at Shangri-La Spa.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly attentive staff. Especially from Mann who greeted us everyday with a warm smile and a little chat. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded us and left rose petals and chocolates on the bed which was a nice touch. Super comfy bed and rooms were nice and quiet for a city hotel. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices. We ate in Arthur’s restaurant one evening and the food was delicious. We actually chatted to the chef before hand and he sent us over lots of little dishes to try which were all very tasty. You can walk to the Petronus Towers from here and some of the shopping centres.

We had a truly memorable stay at Shangri-La. Together with my son’s family, we first gathered in Phuket and then extended our trip with a stay at Shangri-La, Kuala Lumpur. Communication prior to our arrival was smooth and heartwarming, which set the tone for our stay. Upon check-in at the Horizon Club, we were warmly welcomed with cheerful smiles that made us feel instantly at ease. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday a little early, and it became a truly special and unforgettable occasion. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of, including the arrangements for our departure breakfast. The genuine hospitality extended to my granddaughter at Lemon Garden was especially touching and left a lasting impression on us. We sincerely appreciate all the care and attention from the team and would definitely love to return in the future.
