Very good message from the therapist Esther. Was good introduction and process by the receptionist Sarinah. I souls be coming again for another massage.

Daily visits to gym/spa. Special mention to Syazwan who located my charger very quickly and delivered it to the room. Staff at spa are friendly, makes us feel welcomed, knowledgeable and accommodating. Just a quick note on rowing machine which needs maintenance.

The Asian blend massage with Jenna was amazing. After nearly 24 hours of traveling, her massage removed all the tension. Both relaxing and energizing. A not to be missed experience

I've had a fabulous stay at the Shangri-la Hotel. The staff are very friendly and very attentive. I used the Spa voucher given to me by my husband. The Spa staff were fabulous, extremely helpful and very professional. Syazwan helped arrange the experience and Jenna completed the most relaxing full body massage and facial. They were both so accommodating and very genuine people. I'd recommend them and their professionalism to all who want to wind down and relax. A big thank you from me to them both...

We had an amazing experience, particularly in the club lounge - many thanks to Ina, Noryati and Reez for their amazing hospitality and making the experience at the hotel very welcoming. Amazing breakfast experience - great service. We will definitely stay again !
