Smiles throughout, happy times!
Having been a regular guest in Shangri-la Tanjung Aru multiple times for the span of 6 years and finally, made a choice to Shangri-la KL this time. Truly had been a memorable stay with my family. As recommended by Ms Velinda which I've known for her best service in STAR, the services here are top notch to say the least, had the chance to be greeted and welcomed by Ms Sandy (one of the managers), at Lemon Garden, which had the possibly best menu in town for dinner at a city hotel. Best surroundings and atmosphere for a dining experience. Not to forget, thanks to Rino and Alpah for attending us with great service. We truly enjoyed our dinner here. My family loved it!

I stayed in Shangri La KL for two nights from 31st May. It was a fantastic experience. We just lazed around the pool. My time was made super good by Fadhil, the man taking care of the pool bar. Very courteous and accommodating. Thank you for a fine service. Rajasegaran

I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur and had an excellent overall experience. The hotel itself is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a high level of comfort and service that you would expect from a luxury property in the city at a reasonable price. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by Abaj, the concierge. I encountered an issue with making an online payment for services, and Abaj went above and beyond to assist me. He handled the situation efficiently, and even helped facilitate the payment process when we were unable to complete it ourselves. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to step in and solve the problem made a significant difference to our stay. Thanks to staff like Abaj, the hotel experience felt seamless and genuinely guest-focused. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur and especially appreciate the outstanding concierge support we received.
