Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

really relaxing day there, especially Sarimah took good care of me, and brought me soothing tea and cold tower.after gym, pool, sauna, steam room, fresh myself from the day, goona come back next time certainly

We had a wonderful experience at the Shangri-La Spa. We were warmly welcomed by Sarimah, who was very kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. The massage with Esther and Nizam was excellent, both were highly professional and made the experience truly relaxing. A great spa experience from start to finish. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely Fabulous ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff here are wonderful. A special mention to Irwan, who works on the door, who gave me such warm and genuine hospitality. He walked me to the nearest local shop late at night when I needed some supplies, and on another occasion actually walked me to a nearby roti place, ordered for me and helped me try some proper local food. It was the best roti I’ve ever had! He even helped me across the incredibly busy road. Such a lovely person and an absolute credit to the hotel. As a woman travelling alone and visiting Kuala Lumpur for the first time, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, comfortable and safe. I was genuinely blown away by their kindness. The hotel itself is beautiful. It is a little dated in places, but I actually loved that because it gives the hotel fabulous character. Breakfast was outstanding, with so much choice, the pool was lovely, and my room was fabulous. I was also very kindly given a complimentary upgrade, which was such a nice surprise. My only small criticism was the TV in the room. There were no English subtitles, which made it difficult for me as someone with hearing loss, and I wasn’t able to connect to Netflix. However, this was a minor issue and certainly didn’t spoil my stay. I had such a lovely experience and would happily stay here again. A huge thank you to Irwan and all the wonderful staff for making my first trip to Kuala Lumpur so special. ❤️🇲🇾

Wonderful hotel close to KL Towers and malls. Room and bathroom was excellent. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Fantastic through and through. Massage was exactly as requested, and Nadiq was so thoughtful and intentional with every move.
