I have had the pleasure of staying here many times, the welcome is always warm & genuine, the facilities superb, this trip coincided with my birthday & all the staff went the extra mile for me, I am looking forward to my next visit already. My top tip: treat yourself to a club room, you won't believe the difference!

I've stayed here on many occasions over the years and it was generally very good. An visit earlier this year was less enjoyable and I'd more or less crossed it off my 'must stay' list whilst in KL. I booked a couple of nights in a club room. It offered good value in the right location - and I figured it couldn't be worse than my previous night's experience at the Grand Hyatt. Well. Things have certainly improved since my last visit. - the pool now offers a food and drinks menu with a helpful, proactive team. They even pop round with fresh cut fruit. A welcome upgrade from a mute solo pool attendant hiding under the pool towel counter playing Angry Birds on his Lenovo phone! - housekeeping is first class. - the Horizon Club is money well spent. I've enjoyed inumerable martinis with a very commendable buffet choice. Breakfast is excellent. Eggs arrive promptly and team here are exemplary. I'd prefer freshly squeezed juices, but I can live that after saving 100usd a night on the Hyatt rate. - the spa could use a facelift if you're bothered by the aesthetics of these places. That apart, it has everything: hot tub, sauna, steam and cold plunge (which could be colder please - living in socialist Britain I'm used to ice cold baths). Overall a great stay of almost two weeks. Thank you!

We are a family of 3 with a 4 yr old kid. Stayed here Nov.30-Dec.4 at one of their executive room in the 20th floor. Amazing view from our wide window the Menara KL Tower. Beautiful flickering lights at night. And wonderful view of the sun as it rises above all the skyscrapers. We had access to the Horizon lounge. Great staff who makes sure we have food & drinks for our kid. Breakfast was good. Staff are attentive. One in particular was a kindly lady named Suhayana. She comes to our table to give my child kid’s utensils & coloring paper & makes sure our kid is comfortable. They also had a stroller available for when we need it for some walks. Everyone is polite & the service is great. Keep up the good work & see you soon again in the future.
