Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

The food tastes good. The servers who are fennie , Jun young and pohling also gave the good quality of service to us. Feel happy and willing to visit again. Will recommended to my friends and family’s.

Needed a change of hotel due to unforeseen changes to our holiday plans. Offered the Shangri-La. Could never afford this hotel in the UK so went for it. Joined their Circle Group. Had a 2-night stay. Twin room with an additional bed for my daughter. Bearing in mind this was a very short notice change all was well organised and we expected with the reception staff very helpful. The room was as expected for a hotel of this standing very clean and well appointed. No external noises could be heard bearing in mind the central city location. The lobby of the hotel is large with sweeping staircase and a huge central display column...Nice!! Its located right in the city centre with easy access to sights and transport system. It does offer a limited time mini bus shuttle to 4 locations within the city centre which we did make use of. This was still quite an expensive hotel. We had the buffet on the first night as we arrived late from the airport. Very nice with huge choice but expensive. Luckily I joined the Shangri-La circle programme and got 25% off. This applied to some drinks later and you gain points as you spend money in the hotel. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. It is a very large busy hotel but the ambience is fab and as always the staff are amazing.

Service at the Shanghai La has been perfect, I had an exceptional massage in the spa with Yana after several long haul flights.

Amazing spa a bit outdated but the sauna and steamroom are amazing. The coldpool is super amazing. Staff in Yanna’s teams is very helpful.

Extra special 28th wedding anniversary spent at the Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur for a week long celebration. From the moment we arrived, the special arrangement in the room, cake and the horizon club's breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails, and the exceptional service by the staff that made us feel very special.
