Shangri-la hotel has the worst team and concierge. One day before my reservation , I’d email the dining team I need a WHEELCHAIR for my mother. She can’t walk. And I got reply from hotel. Badly, I was told that I didn't have a wheelchair when I arrived at the hotel. The concierge team (all men) just ignore helping my mother!! Fortunately, Ms Shermin helped me find a wheelchair. (Thank you girls team!) When I went home, they continued to ignore the disabled people and keep talking next to us. When I returned the wheelchair to the hotel, the concierge actually asked me if I wanted to move the wheelchair to my car… No teamwork and not helpful at all. I had a very bad experience.

The room was clean and well maintained. The customer service team was responsive and helpful whenever we had requests. We truly appreciated the thoughtful room decoration prepared for our wedding anniversary—it was a lovely surprise. Special thanks to the lifeguard for being very alert and acting quickly to save my child in a near-drowning incident. Overall, a reassuring and pleasant stay.

Great Location, walking distance to LRT, easy access to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, TRX and amenities. The hotels are old but very charming, absolutely beautiful hotel with garden and uniquely located in heart of Kuala Lumpur. I did not expect much for such an old hotel, but I was surprised by the services and cleanliness. We were great with warm smiles the moment we step out from our car, the staff are all friendly and happy. The check-in at Horizon Lounge was smooths and efficient. Their room is sparkling cleaned with all amenities already in room without you ask. The service is amazing, the restaurant staff for the breakfast is very attentively taking care of your need.

This hotel was busy with holiday period and felt at times that they were understaffed at times. Wait to check in and then at breakfast at horizon there was 1 person just running around. Rooms looked a bit aged Location of hotel is good

Wi-Fi is horrendous service is horrendous rooms r outdated. Very poor experience overall. Took 40 mins for eggs to come in morning; didn’t clear out in room dining which was had at 2 until 9 even though we asked. Expected a lot better
