Wonderful hotel!
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of our holiday to Komodo Island. It was our first time back to KL since 1983.....my how things have changed!! I wanted to stay at the Shangri-La as we have stayed at their hotels on previous holidays and I knew to expect excellent service and hospitality. We were not disappointed - the hotel is luxurious and our accommodation was excellent and very comfortable. Staff as usual were very friendly, attentive and eager to help. Food was excellent (especially the lunch buffet) and of course breakfast was up to the legendary standard that we associate with Shangri-La. A wonderful stay and we hope to return soon!! Oh and the added bonus that we saw the dining area robot that seems to have followed us from the Shangri-La in Hong Kong.. LOL

The Horizon Club team is always amazing, ready to support and curate to your needs. Especially Hana, Kelly, Ina, Mohd Shah, Feez, Nizam and chef Kan Kak Foo. Makes every stay far more menorable.

A special thanks to FEEl, Nezam, Mohd Syah, and especially Ina. They were all friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. Ina, in particular, stood out with her warm personality and exceptional service — she made sure everything was perfect and truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommended buffet, and I would definitely visit again!
