Nice hospitality
Shermin Ng is very helpful to guests and she is such a sweetheart. She is also so beautiful. The room was excellent, the food was amazing. I would surely want to go back it KL and stay at Shangri - La again.

Probably the best hotel overall in klcc area
The hotel is in a great location. Making most things walkable yet without having to put up with the crowds in bukit bintang. The rooms are lovely and the general space are really impressive. The most impressive part of the hotel is the staff. They are most welcoming and make you feel like coming home. A big shout out to the horizon club team ( Ina, Mandy, Nafeez,Sharizal, Noryati, Baktiar, Mohd Syah) Not limiting myself to just these names but I can’t write everyone’s name here or it will just be an endless list. Absolutely a must experience if your looking for somewhere comfortable and welcoming to stay while in kl.

A Memorable Family Stay
Had the most enjoyable stay here with family. The room was par excellence, the ambience warm and inviting, very spacious, pristine clean and proximity of the hotel to city centre is superb; it is located right in the heart of vibrant KL! The staff at the Horizon floor were especially cordial and inviting, namely Ina, Sharizal, Feez and Syakir who attended to our requests with so much warmth and enthusiasm, they made us feel right at home! Will definitely be back for this unique Shangri-La experience!

Perfect family short stay
We had a wonderful family stay at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. My daughter especially loved the deep swimming pool and spent hours enjoying it. There are some kids activities during weekends to keep them occupied as well. The spa was another highlight of our stay — relaxing, professional, and definitely a must-visit. All in all, the service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning again soon!
