Excellent throughout
Check in with my family, excellent lounge experience with top-class service. Sharizal, Nizam, and Azizi were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They always greeted us warmly and ensured everything was comfortable for us. The lounge ambiance was elegant and peaceful. Truly one of the best club lounge experiences we’ve had.

Great and memorable experience
My family and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service during breakfast each morning at the Horizon Club. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and welcoming, always greeting guests with genuine smiles and ensuring everything was well taken care of. Special call out to the team Noryatu, Ina, Nizam, Mohd Syah, Hana and Mandy.

Everything was excellent,all staff were away credit to the brand and made the stay perfect. We stayed in a horizon club room so had excess to the lounge it was such a joy to be abel to take breakfast in such elegant surroundings.The staff in the lounge were exceptional and in particular Noryati and it made us feel very welcome as guess
