As a loyal member of the Shangri-La Group, I have always held the group's signature "Asian Hospitality" in high regard. My recent stay at the Horizon Club was a true testament to this standard. The entire Horizon Club team was exceptionally professional and welcoming, with every staff member demonstrating a high level of dedication. I must specifically commend Ms. Ina at the Horizon Club for her outstanding performance. Her professional intuition is remarkable; she consistently anticipated my needs and responded immediately, often before I even had to voice them. This proactive, tailored service is a primary reason for my continued loyalty to Shangri-La. I am more than happy to recommend Shangri-La to my business partners, not only for the comfortable accommodations but also to share this exceptional art of hospitality. Ina, Baktiar, Feez, Sharizal and Hana who are the staffs at Horizon Club lounge were professional, diligent and dedicated with their work. They took the initiative to help in explaining the services available at the club as well as making sure each customer is properly addressed and happy. Overall this feeling is what each guest is experiencing and especially Ina. Bravo to Ina, Baktiar, Feez, Sharizal and Hana.

I’m a regular Shangri-La guest who travels across Asia for business, and Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur truly stands out as a sanctuary in the heart of this bustling city. The Horizon Club offers a peaceful retreat with excellent food and beverage options and exceptional service. I especially appreciate Ina, who kindly brought me a cucumber juice all the way from Lemon Garden since it wasn’t available on the Horizon Club floor — such thoughtful service! I still remember Hana’s amazing smile that brightened my day. My thanks also go to Jan and Aisha for their wonderful hospitality at Arthur’s Bar and Grill. I’ll definitely be back.
