Very good. Especially the buffet at lemon garden. Good good and variety. Service top notch. Shout-out to Ms. Haslinda for taking care of us at the lemon garden restaurant.

From the moment we arrived, Mr Azmi, our airport driver, gave us the warmest welcome we have ever experienced, turning the journey into a thoughtful introduction to Kuala Lumpur with his insightful commentary and genuine pride in his work. Mr Lawrence was equally remarkable, assisting with our luggage and continuing to check in on us throughout our stay with consistent warmth, kindness, and friendly conversation. At the hotel, Ms Adilah ensured both our check in and check out were seamless and exceptionally welcoming, making us feel valued at every stage. Noryati brought vibrant energy to every interaction, her infectious positivity contributing greatly to the hotel’s lively and welcoming atmosphere. Each morning, Ina and Baktiar made breakfast a highlight of our stay with their attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. It is often said that luxury hotels are defined by their people, and this could not be more true here. Every member of the team went above and beyond, and we are deeply grateful for their exceptional hospitality. We would not hesitate to return and wholeheartedly recommend Shangri-La to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
