Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

One of the best massages I had for some time. Jenna was fantastic, ask for her. Sarimah was the cool reception.

First time staying at this hotel and all the staffs are so helpful and courteous, they exhibit the warm Malaysian hospitality. I used the health club facilities everyday and the staff made me felt at home. The staff miss Sarimah was very friendly and helpful. Upon leaving she even asked me if I would be visiting the next day. I really feel very at home.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Clean and tidy. Comfy rooms and all amenities that you need. WiFi included. Good lifts. Good choices at breakfast buffet. Used the in room dining service and was a very good selection on foods and beverages. Also a good service. Couldn’t fault this hotel and would certainly recommend to others. Were were a family also of 2 adults and 2 children

Daily visits to gym/spa. Special mention to Syazwan who located my charger very quickly and delivered it to the room. Staff at spa are friendly, makes us feel welcomed, knowledgeable and accommodating. Just a quick note on rowing machine which needs maintenance.
