First time here and already loving it! 😍✨ Big thanks to Mrs. Sarimah for assisting me! The sauna, jacuzzi & steam room were the BEST — such a nice way to relax with my bestie 🤍 Thank you so much! 🫶🏻

The atmosphere, cleanliness is top notch. Sarimah is the best in taking care of us in Shangri- La. I will totally come back again <3 also the amenities are great and they have a lot of things to try. Won’t be my last!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at the gym and health spa center at the Shangri-La Hotel KL, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. A special thank you to Miss Dayang and her incredible team members, Ms. Aqilah and Ms. Salimah. Their excellent professional attitude, genuine passion, and warm hospitality made a lasting impression. The entire team clearly puts a great deal of effort into continuously improving the facility and elevating the overall service quality. The center is immaculate, well-equipped, and provides a truly rejuvenating experience. Because of the wonderful care and high standards demonstrated by the staff, I will absolutely be introducing my friends to visit and enjoy it themselves. Thank you to the whole team for your hard work and amazing dedication!

Lovely experience and very representative of the Shangri-la brand. Staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming and breakfast top-notch. Shout out to the chefs Kan and Azimah, at Horizon Club Lounge and supervisor Ina with her impeccable human touch. Not forgetting the rest of the team (Sharizal, Mohd Syah and Stella) who welcomed guests so warmly. Will be back!
