Hyatt Regency Kyoto

We were extremely happy with our hotel selection. I always enjoy Hyatt Regency hotels but this particular one was much better than I was anticipating. The area was convenient and near a train station, yet quiet at night. The staff was very accommodating to our group of 7 across 3 rooms. The rooms were immaculate with great amenities. The concierge even helped us get reserved tickets to the Gion Matsuri float parade. I have never had a better experience.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is perhaps the kindest and most attentive we have ever experienced. The room is lovely. The area is nice with a museum across the street and a large, beautiful temple right next door. The buffet breakfast is stunning with a wide variety of options.

I went to the Italian restaurant in hotel just this week. Great experience ever! The waitress served us is awesome! Its my birthday. We got sweet cake with birthday candles. We had that dinner after we saw the performance in B1. The performance lady is also awesome. She dressed the traditional Japanese wafuku and later she showed in the restaurant, photoed with us. Awesome experience super 💯!!

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. The only inconvenience was that both the hotel restaurants and room service closed at 9:00 PM, leaving very limited dining options later in the evening. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

This hotel is awesome. The staff are very nice and helpful. They anticipate your every need. Rhe rooms are very clean and spacious. The food delicious 😋
