Quiet, beautiful property with amazing food and service
We loved this hotel. Probably one of my top 5 Hyatt properties globally. The architecture is modern traditional, every room has a soaking tub, breakfast was truly amazing and so was the service. The drinks in the bar downstairs is a must. The bar tender is more like a scientist than a bar tender!! Every drink crafted so precisely and beautifully. Location was also great because it’s half way between the crowded Gion area and the downtown area which gave it a quiet charm. Would return again.

Lovely Stay, Staff did a great job
Great hotel, lovely staff. Close to the train station. Everything to be expected from a Hyatt Regency. I enjoyed my time and would stay at this hotel again.

Nice east meets west hotel
Central location , clean rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast was western enough and staff was very friendly and accommodating.
