Nayara Gardens

My parents have been going here every year for their anniversary for years. When it came time for our delayed honeymoon (also our first anniversary) we decided to bite the bullet, spend the money, and go. Location was 10/10 - feels like you’re in a fantasy rain forest. Atmosphere was 10/10. Rooms 10/10. Be prepared to drop a hefty chunk of change. But it was so worth it. Only thing I can say is some of the food was a 7/10, but most was delicious. Also, if you’re out of shape, don’t attempt to walk to resort. It’s tough- call a golf cart. The plunge pool in your room is amazing. Staff was amazing. Customer service is a 12/10. That’s really what makes it so special.

My family loved our stay at Nayara Gardens. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the staff was the best I've seen. We had a perfect view of the Volcano right from our room and we saw more wildlife walking the grounds of this property than we did on our site seeing tours. Special shout out to Kevin who went above and beyond for us.

Our recent trip to Nayara Gardens was nothing short of a dream.From the gracious welcome to the exceptional concierge service throughout our stay - no detail was spared in the making of our most memorable trip to date. Nayara's focus on sustainable living and preservation of the forest and all of the animals who habitate within her umbrella were especially appreciated. From the most maginficent views of Arenal Volcano from our luxurious garden suite, to the nightly turn down services with champagne and treats, to the incredible spa experience and stunning ameneties - we were nothing short of impressed. Most memorable are the kind and knowledgeable staff, spotting out various animals, flowers, and showing us La Pura Vida in all her glory. Our final experience at Besame Mucho was something out of a movie - walking to the private dining room with rose petals and candles, to the delictable dishes prepared by Chef Catalina and the exceptional service from Raquel - we will be back soon and look forward to our return.

The service and hospitality at Nayara was excellent. The staff is wonderful so kind and attentive to our needs. The grounds were spectacular and our room was simply stunning. Would highly recommend Nayara Resorts!

We came to Nayara Gardens for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of amazing!! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and ensure we had an unforgettable trip. The dining throughout the Nayara properties is incredible. We visited every restaurant on the grounds and can't say enough good things about each one. A special highlight was the wine pairing dinner at Nostalgia Wine Bar—the team there is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they made the evening truly memorable. We went back multiple times to try various wines, grab a bite, and chat with Julio & Harley. Asia Luna has outstanding sushi, and La Terraza was the perfect place to experience delicious local flavors. The breakfast buffet each morning is also a must! Everyone on staff was attentive, warm, and eager to help. The golf cart service made getting around the properties seamless, and the staff even helped us spot sloths and monkeys during our stay! The grounds are beautifully maintained, and there is so much to do. The pools and hot springs were fabulous, the spa was luxurious, and simply walking around the resort is breathtaking. Mi Cafecito serves excellent coffee, and we loved our room, private plunge pool, and the thoughtful touches like the stocked fridge, local fruit, and snacks. Housekeeping was exceptional and the room refreshes were always very appreciated. It was incredibly peaceful and serene, and booking excursions through Nayara was easy for those looking for a little adventure. I highly recommend leaving plenty of time to explore all three Nayara properties and to simply relax and enjoy the beauty around you. Nayara Gardens truly feels like a magical place, and we can't recommend it highly enough. We would return in a heartbeat!
