Exceptional customer service from front desk to wait staff! Excellent amenities - plentiful towels, sunscreen, umbrellas, complementary mini bar & snacks in the room, golf cart transport within the resort. Great variety of dining options and excursions. Or just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a beautiful resort emersed in the Rainforest with abundance of wildlife. It is worth the 3 hour drive from the airport - Can't wait to return.

We are a little blown away. Not sure if any other hotel can compete with this brand. This trip was the perfect mix of the pura vida lifestyle provided by the locals and hotel staff. The hospitality was top notch. I have no issues or regrets booking with this brand. Every employee we encountered was phenomenal in terms of customer service. Our room was pristine every day. Laundry service was phenomenal. Pool/bar staff with constant attention to detail. Waiters provided consistent service daily. The ride back to the airport was depressing- I’m not sure any hotel in the U.S. EVEN COMPARES to this brand of hospitality. 100% recommend for families.

This was by far my best vacation yet. The Nayara properties are stunning, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and you won't have to worry about a thing during your stay - they take care of it all. I especially appreciated the help of the concierges, who were quick to answer all of my questions and booked all of my amazing excursions. As others recommended - there are many activities nearby, but don't forget to also enjoy the resort itself. It's truly lovely. My villa was beautiful and felt very private and secluded. The twice daily housekeeping and rapid turnaround on the complementary laundry services are added touches that I really appreciated. The food is all magnificent, but the range of fresh and healthy options on the complimentary breakfast is top notch. All three of the Nayara resorts are lovely and it was great how interconnected they are, so that I could explore them all. Anyone who is on the fence about visiting should definitely go ahead and book a stay. You will not regret it. Outstanding resort, service, meals. Maybe best place I have been. Lovely rooms. And journey of tasting menu is absolutely must to have. Warm springs surrounded by rainforest is unique. Only problem was that we did not want to leave hotel. We will be back. 💛

If you’re lucky enough to stay at Nayara, you’re in for a real treat. The property, rooms, gardens, pools and restaurants are exceptional. Service is stellar. I’ve been around the globe and it’s rare to find something so wonderful. The 7 course tasting menu at Amor Loco is mind blowing amazing. Hopefully you’ll get Angel as your server (he’s incredible). Highly recommended!!
