Literally no notes. This place is pure perfection. They have thought of everything. The service is flawless, the accommodations are amazing and it is so peaceful. It is so wonderful and if you are questioning whether you should book it, absolutely. Just don’t go to another hotel after on your trip because it will be a letdown. This place is pure magic

All I can say is wow! This was truly a trip of a lifetime.. everyday was a new adventure! The staff is amazingly kind and accommodating!! Alexandra took care of us like members of her own family! It was my birthday and I was showered with beautiful gifts.. it was beautiful birthday week. The rooms are gorgeous and clean.. we sometimes felt like the only people in the rainforest. The view from our jacuzzi was breathtaking. I would come back here again and again! Thank you for everything.

The food, the adventure, and especially the genuine, heartfelt connections made our stay feel personal and so very special. Staying at Nayara felt like coming home—the most loving, most delicious, most comfortable, and most beautiful home one can imagine! We know the whole team went above and beyond to host our family. Our children absolutely loved the personalized details, especially the daily treats and special touches that made them feel so welcome. We still dream about the tortilla soup, the fresh pipas, and the peaceful sound of the rain in the rainforest. We especially want to thank the incredible culinary team, without whom our stay would not have been possible. Traveling with strict dietary restrictions can be incredibly challenging, but the dedication, determination, and extraordinary talent of the team allowed us to fully experience and enjoy the cuisines of Nayara and Costa Rica safely. A few special shout-outs: * **Mayank Singh:** This trip would literally not have been possible without Mr. Mayank, F&B manager. He took ownership and confirmed every dietary detail of our stay and coordinated with every restaurant, chef and manager behind the scenes to make our experience seamless. He made sure the menus were highly inclusive for Celiac, ensuring all allergy protocols were communicated with our family and of course the whole team is exceptionally trained. We felt completely safe and incredibly spoiled! * **Every Chef:** Every dish was prepared with love and care. The food was truly extraordinary and chefs went out of their way to prepare dishes gluten free and Celiac safe for us - including some that may have not been an option for us by default. The tortilla chicken soup at La Terraza is DIVINE! The shish taouk at Ayla is simply SPECTACULAR - served on a sword! The Wagyu on a Hot Stone at Asia_Luna was so flavorful and FUN! This is truly a food destination - we ate every meal at Nayara and enjoyed the variety and flavor! * **Every Restaurant Manager:** We were greeted by every restaurant manager upon our arrival at La Terraza, Asia Luna and Ayla. Each manager introduced themselves, communicated/confirmed our dietary restrictions, and personally saw that allergy friendly options were communicated to us even if not on the menu. * **Every bartender:** Henry and every barman were so incredibly sweet to my boys who learned how to make mocktails and were even gifted their personalized mocktail menu upon our departure! * **Carolina:** The Hotel Manager, who made the entire property feel so warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. She checked in on us throughout our stay and her positive energy and commitment to exceptional service is evident in the luxury, love and spirit felt at Nayara. I really cannot articulate how much this trip meant to us. Thank you to everyone who made every meal and moment extra special—it is something we will remember for a lifetime. We will certainly be back someday!

Great out of this world service , lush forestry, amazing hot springs , incredible rooms with outstanding plunge pool You have set the bar so high we know no hotel experience after this can match this one for amenities, service with a smile and breathtaking scenery .
