Nayara Gardens

How do you go wrong with a luxury villa and a private hot spring pool? With beautiful grounds, perfect for exploring, nestled into the rainforest in La Fortuna, Nayara is a magical location. The luxury inside and outside the room is phenomenal! My family loved exploring the paths and pool and encountering all of the nature. The staff is unbelievably skilled, and pay amazing attention to detail. By the end of our stay, they were all on a first name basis with my two children. All our needs were addressed, every moment was comfortable, the food was delicious, and everything ran so smoothly. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We only wish we stayed longer!

just a great hotel to visit Arenal, the rooms are big and clear and well decorated, the in room swimming pools are heated the hotel hot springs are just unbelievable! with nature all around and like a postal card the infinite pool is just a dream with heated water and with a volcano view. people are so nice, and within the hotel domain, you can see so many animals (sloths, birds...)

The atmosphere really allows you to step back, take a breath and truly unwind. I stayed in the Gardens where I had a beautiful view of the tropical landscape that had my own pool, hammock and lounge bed on an outside balcony to enjoy the sounds of the rainforest. And the room and layout was spacious and esthetically pleasing. The service was absolutely amazing. They were always one step ahead of me in my needs. Remembered my order from days prior and name. And the staff was all so friendly and professional. The property was so clean and well taken care of. I can't say enough, even through the rainy season, I really was able to escape and live in paradise for a view days!

Our family had an amazing time at Nayara. It is truly a special place. The resort itself is beautiful, but what really sets Nayara apart is the people. The level of service we experienced throughout our stay was exceptional. We have traveled extensively and have been fortunate to stay at many exceptional hotels and resorts around the world, and the service we received at Nayara was truly among the best we have ever experienced. There were so many wonderful people who made our stay memorable, but a few deserve special recognition. Nazareth at Asia Luna was OUTSTANDING. She provided the kind of service you remember long after a vacation is over. Fercho and Sergi at Amor Loco made what was already a special dinner into an evening my daughter and I will remember for the rest of our lives. The chef also went out of their way to accommodate my daughter's particular preferences and completely blew us away with the personally tailored dishes. The combination of the food, personal attention, and incredible service made the evening unforgettable. Arlene and Valeria at the spa went out of their way to make sure we felt completely spoiled. Arlene, in particular, provided a level of service that made a lasting impression on our family. We also want to recognize Lolo at La Terraza and Kevin, who gave us a wonderful tour of Nayara Tented Camp and represented the resort exceptionally well. Nazareth, Fercho, Arlene, and Sergi deserve particularly special recognition. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make our experience special were extraordinary. The entire staff at Nayara was amazing. Beautiful resorts can be found in many places, but it is much harder to find people who make you feel the way the team at Nayara made our family feel. We cannot wait to return.
