Beautiful hotel and excellent staff.

One of the best resorts we have stayed it! Exceeded all the expectations in terms of comfort, hospitality,food, vibe, friendly staff, nature and our rainforest pool villa!

We had a fantastic three-day stay. My daughter adored the plunge pool right off our room and my husband was super impressed by the service and amenities. The hotel concierge arranged a tour for us (Lava Fields with Francisco, who is a very knowledgeable biologist), as well as our restaurant reservations, a massage, and transportation to the airport in the last day. We look forward to coming back.

The most incredible place I have ever visited so far! Nayara Gardens was everything I could’ve dreamed it to be. From the world class customer service to the enchanting rainforest villa, nothing about the place could possibly disappoint you. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights on the first leg of our honeymoon. Our 8 hour travel day from South Louisiana turned into a 22 hour fiasco and we were forced to fly into a different airport than our original plan. We were able to notify the staff and promptly adjust our transportation to make it for our first night stay. Upon arrival at 11 pm, we were greeted by wonderful staff who didn’t let us lift a finger. We were promptly brought to our villa for much needed rest. Once we were in, we enjoyed some amazing food prepared for our arrival and hand written notes welcoming us to paradise. Throughout the rest of our stay we enjoyed daily breakfast with so many options to choose from. You could truly tell everything was fresh and prepared to the highest standard. We also enjoyed the hot springs throughout our stay. It was cool to go to different ones (they are all very near each other) as they seemed to have varying temperatures. The pools were outstanding. From jungly to elegant to fun, we enjoyed every one of them briefly and had amazing drinks at the bars poolside. The restaurants featured some of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life. We truly loved Asia Luna and Mis Amores. Can’t do honeymoon without a spa day. We decided in the Sacred Journey Together couples massage. I can confidently say that I do not believe I will ever experience such a relaxing and soothing massage until I make it back to Nayara. The spa staff was so welcoming and calming. It was the perfect escape from the stressors of our lives. Day one, we encountered a small problem. The resort was huge! After walking up, down and around for a while, we finally realized that there is 24/7 golf cart transportation. All you have to do is call! The staff was so friendly and welcoming everywhere we went, it truly felt like heaven. We did a couple of tours throughout the La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano area and the ease of getting them scheduled was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this place as the number one location I have ever visited in the whole world. It was truly the most exceptional experience of our lives. My wife and I are already planning a couples trip with friends to come back and share this amazing place with others who we know will enjoy it as much as we did.

This was such an amazing place. The atmosphere, grounds, staff, amenities were all wonderful. We saw lots of cool birds and lizards. We loved the on-site hot springs. Truly top notch all around.
