Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience at the springs resort and spa! Everyone there was very friendly and always willing to help us out with anything we needed. Bayron in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! He had the perfect suggestions and was very enthusiastic! Bayron is also super personable and gave us some great conversation! He is super hard working and knows his stuff! 10/10 would come back!!!

Unique and fun location
Amazing location and friendly staff. I highly recommend the unique location. However, my daughter has a dairy allergy and there was communication issues with the staff. Which resulted in her getting sick.

Pure Vida, Spring Break WIN
Loved this property. They embrace that its a lot of kids and running around and do a remarkable job of keeping everything clean, orderly and friendly. Having the Activity center on site is a big plus and the Hot springs are a gem. Our kids loved the Game Room and the soccer field. Adults loved the board games. Had amazing help from the Concierge to book our adventures and all the staff went out of their way to assist. The only downside we had with the property was kinda ok food, but we came for adventure and fun and it delivered all the way. Thanks for a great trip

Phenomenal Resort
Staying at the Springs was a truly unforgettable experience. Our room was absolutely incredible, super spacious, and very clean. We arrived on a cloudy day, but when we opened the curtains the next morning we had an incredible view of the Arenal Volcano. The property itself was amazing. The hot springs and pools are perfect, and were not overcrowded. The Monkey Slide was fun too! The staff were friendly as well. All the activities here are very fun, we did the tubing and it was great! The property is very walkable, but there are also golf carts and transport services. One thing I cannot emphasize the excellence of is the breakfast. The buffet is amazing, offering both Costa Rican food and other delicacies. This hotel was perfect, and we even saw two sloths down by Club Rio. Our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here, and reserving a lot of time to explore the property!
