Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the property. The lush landscaping, breathtaking views of the volcano, incredible wildlife, and beautiful surroundings made this place feel like a dream. We loved experiencing everything the resort had to offer—from the incredible restaurants and exceptional food to Club Rio, the pools, the spa, the gym, and every amenity throughout the property. We had an absolute blast on the excursions, tubing, kayaking, relaxing in the hot springs, spending time at the spa, and even enjoying the simple moments playing UNO, cards, and ping pong together. Every experience gave our family another memory we’ll cherish forever. What impressed us most wasn’t just the number of experiences available—it was how every single one was delivered with genuine hospitality, warmth, and care. Every restaurant was outstanding, every meal was exceptional, every excursion was memorable, and every interaction with staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Whether we were dining, relaxing at the spa, exploring Club Rio, or enjoying an excursion, the level of service never wavered. Every experience exceeded our expectations. What made every adventure even more special was being able to come back afterward and share it with all of you. Whether it was Jimmy, Sharon, Michael, Max, Pamela, or so many others, we couldn’t wait to tell everyone about our day. We found ourselves laughing together about tubing down the river, kayaking, relaxing in the hot springs, spotting incredible wildlife, and all the unforgettable moments we experienced. By the end of each conversation, we’d already be excited for the next adventure. Those weren’t just excursions—they became memories we were able to relive together because staff genuinely shared in our excitement. One thing that meant a great deal to us was getting to know the people behind the scenes. Throughout our stay, we found ourselves introducing ourselves and thanking every employee we crossed paths with—from housekeeping, the landscaping team, and the crews keeping the property immaculate to those sweeping, cleaning, and mopping the floors. Without exception, every single person greeted us with a genuine smile and kindness. It was clear that everyone took pride in their work, and together they created an atmosphere that made us feel welcomed every single day. That is when we realized this wasn’t just exceptional service—it was an exceptional culture. The words Max shared with us after dinner—“We hope to see you again soon. You are now a part of the family.”—have stayed with me ever since. Those words perfectly captured what makes this resort so extraordinary. Beautiful resorts may attract guests, but it is the people who create the memories that bring them back. Before dinner, I asked Cassie, “What’s the one thing you’ll miss the most once we’re back home?” Without hesitation, she answered, “The people.” I smiled and realized she had just summarized our entire vacation in two words. Then I asked Alicia. Without missing a beat, she smiled and said, “The Caprese salad… and the welcome drink.” Cassie immediately laughed and added, “The welcome drink!” The two of them spent the vacation trying to figure out what was in it because they loved it so much. We all laughed because it was such a perfect answer. When it was my turn, I couldn’t choose just one thing. I said our room and balcony overlooking the volcano, tubing down the river, and simply walking the property while watching the incredible birds and wildlife. The tubing was one of the most fun experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I found myself constantly looking up into the trees hoping to spot another toucan or sloth. As we laughed about our answers, we realized there really wasn’t a wrong one. Every one of us experienced something different, yet somehow we all arrived at the same conclusion—it wasn’t just one moment that made this vacation unforgettable. It was everything. The beauty of the property, the incredible food, the adventures, the wildlife, the quiet moments together, and above all, the people who made us feel like family. That’s what makes a truly extraordinary place—not one unforgettable moment, but countless unforgettable moments shared with people we’ll never forget. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to Max, Sharon, Michael, Jimmy, Tony, Joaquin, Jeffery, Amanda and Daniella at the Spa, Pamela, Fernanda, Luis, Orlando, Danilo, José, and José from the excursions to the volcano and waterfall. I know I’m probably forgetting a few names, and I sincerely apologize. Every single person we met made us feel welcomed, cared for, and like family. People will always remember a beautiful resort, but they never forget how they were made to feel. Because of each and every one of you, this will always be more than a vacation to us—it will be a place where our family laughed together, relaxed together, created lifelong memories together, and left feeling like we had found a second home. As someone who works in hospitality and property management, I know firsthand how difficult it is to build and sustain a culture like this. What has been created here is truly remarkable, and it is reflected in every smile, every conversation, and every act of kindness throughout the resort. Exceptional service doesn’t happen by chance—it begins with great leadership and is carried forward by an incredible staff that genuinely cares about its guests. That is exactly what we experienced throughout our stay. As we gather are belongings and get ready to head to the airport, we realized something. The conversation wasn’t about the breathtaking volcano, the incredible food, the exciting excursions, or even the beautiful resort. We found ourselves talking about all of you and the countless moments that made our vacation so special. I think that says everything. Thank you for giving our family so much more than a vacation. Everything is so good at the springs resort and spa. Staff is very helpful and bell boy Joe is very helpful with everything. We would definitely come back here.

Our family of five had the absolute best time at the Springs Resort. We have stayed at many top hotels around the world and the service really stood out here. Joe was so friendly and helpful. He remembered all of our names and went out of his way to ask if we needed anything every day. We were also upgraded to a beautiful three bedroom room which allowed for a very comfortable stay. Thank you Springs. We will return!

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about The Springs Resort & Spa. Our stay was absolutely incredible, and it ended up being so much more than just a beautiful resort — it became the setting for some of our favorite memories from our entire Costa Rica trip. We were celebrating our teenage daughter's birthday during our stay, and Priscila, the Events Director, went above and beyond to help me pull off an epic birthday scavenger hunt throughout the resort. Her team helped hide clues and gifts at different locations, and everyone was completely in on the surprise. They were so sweet, enthusiastic, and accommodating and genuinely seemed excited to be part of it. Throughout the day, staff members surprised her with special treats and little notes at different activities, and they even sang to her twice! And beyond the birthday, the resort itself is amazing. It is absolutely beautiful, with so much to see and do that you could easily spend days without ever leaving the property. Club Rio is a must! We did the Wildlife Sanctuary tour and loved it. At one point, a monkey tried to grab our daughter's phone while she was taking a picture, which was hilarious and became a favorite story from the trip. The Springs was truly one of the highlights of our Costa Rica adventure. We can't recommend it enough and would return in a heartbeat! Priscila, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did to make our daughter's birthday so special. You helped create a birthday our family will talk about for years. We will always remember you and how special you made that day.

Bayron and Pamela are the best! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The resort is very clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!
