Beautiful hotel
A wonderful hotel. Beautiful location. Friendly staff. The rooms were amazing. Walkable to restaurants, shops and the ocean.

Wouldn't Wanna Stay Elsewhere!
What a find! We originally booked at another more expensive hotel but decided we didn't want to pay that much so we found this place and couldn't have been happier. The service was top-notch and the room we got was fantastic -- great size, amazing views, great amenities. We loved having access to free snacks and sodas/waters in the room, as well as a coffee machine and a fridge. Can't wait to return -- it definitely felt like home.

All around amazing
Absolutely amazing experience from check in to check out. Service, and accomedations were above and beyond and we love that the building was older feel with updated comfort.

Best hotel in La Jolla
We loved this hotel and our stay in La Jolla! Our family of four stayed in one of the queen suites. It was great room for us. The room was spacious and we liked having the full fridge for snacks. We loved the roof top and children’s beach for sunsets. The e-bikes and golf cart rides made it easy to get around the town. The staff is so kind and welcoming. We cannot say enough about how great our stay was.

First time in the Grande Colonial
Great location near the ocean, very friendly staff. The valet service was excellent. I did not try the restaurant, though.
