Historic hotel with breathtaking views
This historic hotel with modern day comfort and amenities has so much charm and an incomparable location with breathtaking views of La Jolla Cove. Every single person on the staff went above and beyond to make our family welcome and comfortable. We will absolutely come back.

Loved it
Loved this little hotel by the beach. Cassie was super accommodating and Vicente too. The only thing is that they Valet is mostly too busy to take you on the golf cart as advertised.

Lovely stay
Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of a California / Nevada holiday in May. I really liked this hotel. It is in a central location, so an easy walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants, plus the ocean - Seal Rock, La Jolla Cove and beyond. The room we had was big, and very light and airy. We had a ‘side view’ of the ocean too. The bed was super comfy, and the room / hotel was quiet, so a good nights sleep was enjoyed. The staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We borrowed a couple of hotel bikes to cycle down to Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, which was fun. Great hotel in a great location with lovely staff.
