We returned to Hotel Indigo La Paz after 10 years, and even with its new name, the experience was just as amazing; if not better! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the food was delicious, and the hospitality truly stood out. A special thank you to the concierge, who was so helpful in organizing our daily plans and making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here when visiting La Paz! El personal fue muy amable, la comida deliciosa y la hospitalidad excelente. Amazing, loved this hotel, the food the rooms and the people

The hotel is very nice and the staff is incredibly friendly, they go out the way to make sure your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is to add a few extra mirrors and drawers, as they would make the rooms even more convenient and comfortable.

I’ve been to indigo several times. Actually twice before this current visit. My wife and I have generally enjoyed our trips here so this time we decided to bring my mother and children to visit for the first time. It unfortunately has not been the same experience. We arrived at 11:30 am and checked in. Understandably we know that there is no guarantee that our room would be ready before 3 pm which is the normal check-in time however after waiting around and trying to pass the time until 3 pm, our room is still not ready and they tried downgrading our room in order to get us into a room faster. Not ok. This is not a great start to a weekend trip with the family.
