Loved it- would go back again.
Secrets side of the resort has been very chill and wonderful for relaxation. Our butler, Victor, premiere pool staff, Raul, Olga, and Wendy have all been fabulous and attentive to any needs. Meeting some of them we didn't even know we had, until they provided us with excellent service and a smile. Our swim-out room at the end of building 1 is very private, clean and well appointed. Room staff is amazingly friendly, efficient, and charming. Lots of restaurant choices between the Secrets and Dreams properties and we have enjoyed every meal on our 10 day stay. Every staff member from waitstaff to gounds keepers greet you with a friendly smile and salutation- they genuinly want to make your experience the best it can be. We utilize a wheelchair or crutch for mobility issues while traveling and have found this to be very accessible and drama free experience. It has been a wonderful experience for a 60th B-Day celebration with my wife.
