Best all inclusive in DR
Best resort all inclusive in DR. Beach is gorgeous, white sand, clear blue water, super quite, kids friendly. Pools are beautiful too, with a nice view to the beach. The water park is super cool! The hotel is not too big, so you can go walking anywhere. Room was perfect, super clean and comfortable... Service is outstanding, all employees are very well trained to make everyone feel welcome and meet their needs, even in the beach there's always someone asking if you need or want anything and they make sure you get it. Restaurants don't need reservation, the food is very good, my picky eater daughter said everything was AMAZING. Buffet for breakfast and lunch was very good, and the service, specially from Miguel, was great. It was our second time visiting this hotel and we're already looking forward to go back!

Perfect beach vacation.
We had a great time. Food was good. The kids loved the buffet. My husband and I preferred the restaurants. Beach and pools were extremely clean. We especially enjoyed the cooler with beverages and fruit plate delivered by Febles every day. The concierge was helpful when needing a medication delivered. We will definitely be back!

Excellent service from the staff. Excellent quality food. Excellent cleanliness. Tremendous water park, a beautiful garden setting too. Very grateful to Berkis Valdez at the front desk. She made our days very comfortable. Also the family pool bartender José Rosario, was very friendly and accommodating with the drinks we ordered. and many more people who works in restaurants and bars, in the spa, luggage storage, etc. whose names I don't remember. Thanks a lot!

Wonderful
Overall was a great experience…. But the gym service was outstanding We had the pleasure of meeting Severino he is such a nice and respectful person and our experience at the gym was more than wonderful we really enjoy it and he was on top of everything….. I felt comfortable and went every single morning to train with him
