Hilton La Romana, an All-Inclusive Family Resort

Kids club staff was really good. All very helpful. Food is OK but only 4 restaurant to choose from. We liked that you did not need to book in advance.

We stayed at Dreams La Romana on a mother daughter getaway in a partial ocean view Preferred Club room with two Queen beds. We loved the beach with its calm water and being able to use the Secrets side of the resort ( for adults 18+). The quiet Preferred Club Dreams pool and the water park were other wins, and the complimentary sunscreen station was a thoughtful touch. We added butler service and were very grateful to our butler Aneuris Febles for making our birthday week extra special. He was friendly, professional, and easy to reach by WhatsApp, and he handled several reservations (spa, cabanas and restaurant) and daily cooler service. The biggest help was when he went above and beyond to arrange to have a prescription filled (adult daughter packed the incorrect prescription) at a pharmacy in La Romana after hours and personally delivered it to the resort the next day. A real trip saver and disaster averted. Staff at the resort were all very attentive and friendly - the service was excellent in all the restaurants and we really appreciated the Preferred Club beach attendants, cafe staff and beach servers. Loved the food and especially enjoyed Sakura (sushi) and Maravento (Italian).

Had a great time at Dreams over Thanksgiving! My son loved playing ping pong and pool while I did yoga and beach Zumba! We loved our entertainment team especially Yuliana and Sebastian who were always getting us involved in some activities !Beach was gorgeous with clear water and you could walk out quite a bit. We loved the food and had so many choices for dinner. Had the best Risotto, rack of lamb, and surf and turf ever.

This is now owned by Hyatt. We booked a privilege package and I dont normally leave reviews but I felt the amazing staff team needed to be left a review Jorge in the buffet restaurant area was amazing I watched him busy working away to make sure all the guest were okay he was lovely. I really like how they serve your food in buffet area rather than guests piling their plates up and then wasting food. The guys at the sports bar your cocktails were amazing and you were also friendly. The ladies at the coffee bar always smiling and lovely Beach and Hotel beautiful best hotel we have stayed in really clean and tidy staff team constantly cleaning and maintaining your hotel room and around the grounds We witnessed on the private privilege beach area some guests being very rude to staff putting their towels on sun beds earlier hours of a morning and not returning back until hours later I have to say some of the sun beds did need replacing in this area of On the private beach area some of the staff did not always ask if you wanted drink and sometimes forgot your drinks but there were enough bars to grab yourself a drinking if you wanted one Loved snorkelling and seeking all the sea life Food at buffet was nice could of been hotter but that’s the same in every hotel buffet you go too and restaurants were lovely Caribbean restaurant was our favourite hidden away on the beach and was amazing Lazy river was great in the water park Would highly recommend hotel it was beautiful

Wonderful resort, our concierge Miguel Angel was great. Played games with us and graciously let us win every game! 10/10. Thank you Dreams!
