Hilton La Romana, an All-Inclusive Family Resort

We came to Secrets La Romana to attend a friend’s anniversary celebration. We would DEFINITELY return and HIGHLY recommend this resort, especially our butlers! Our butlers, Michael and Fables, were absolutely INCREDIBLE! From repairing our luggage that broke at the airport, to bringing us goodies while we were out at the pool or the beach, to finding crackers for another friend when she felt ill, there simply are not enough words to describe the EXCELLENT customer service, customized to what we wanted, that Fable and Michael provided us during our stay. We’ve never experienced butler service before, so they REALLY impressed us; However several in our group are very used to this kind of luxury, and they, too, are raving about how amazing they were and how much a difference they made for our trip! Thank you, thank you Michael and Fables!! Our server at the Preferred pool for the week was named Diorca. She was so pleasant and made sure our whole group was never thirsty! We looked for her each day and she called us all by name. It was so nice to be so well taken care of!! Thank you, Diorca! Dominica was the pool attendant during our stay there. She was always personable and was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you, Dominica! Our housekeeper’s name was Nancy. She did SUCH a great job for us! Having a nice clean room each day, and then returning at night to a cleaned AGAIN and turned down bed was so wonderful. Thank you, Nancy! The only negative worth mentioning is that we didn’t bring enough cash (completely our fault!), and getting American dollars was very difficult at the resort. The only ATM available is in Dominican pesos and the lobby attendants (both the regular and preferred) had very little available cash. So remember, take more cash than you think you’ll need. Thank you for a WONDERFUL vacation for us and for our friends!

We had an amazing trip while we stayed at Secrets La RoMana. What made it even more special and all the more fantastic were our amazing hosts/butlers, Fables and Micheal. They paid so much attention to all our needs from the moment we arrived until we left. From getting dresses steamed, providing coolers with our drinks, reserving beach chairs, getting things fixed when needed, to checking in on us each day, they made sure we had an amazing stay. We also had a bar tender, Diorka Mejia who was always ready to greet us and find us at the pool bar. She never left us waiting to find someone to take or orders. These workers are definitely very dedicated to providing the most fabulous service.

The service was unmatched to anywhere we have been! The service attendants in every location, pool, restaurants, lobby, bars and guest room was unbelievable. From the beginning, Michael, Febles, and Diorca at the bar welcomed us with open arms and was there in an instant when we requested service! We can’t wait to visit again!

Maria Reyes is always making sure that we have what we need and we know what events are going on. She always brings a smile to my face!

Great service - Adrejando was a smiling face and very helpful - Micheal our Butler was awesome as well with service up and above the normal. Kudos to the on site doctor - we were a bit sick and she really helped us out!
