Hospitable.
Housekeeping team of Lilik, Tommy, Daus and Yodi were absolutely fantastic! They nicely decorated our room as it was my birthday when I stayed in the property. The delicately laid down flower petals and lightings gave us a vey pleasant surprise when we returned to the room after dinner. Their delicateness to details is most commendable. Receiption team member Eve was always responsive to our queries. Made us felt the hospitality spirit of the Banyan Tree Bintan team.
