Beautiful Serene Resort
Staff were warm and hospitable, and went out of their way to attend to our family especially for one of my children with several food allergies. Special shout out to Chef Rizkan for his world class skills and attention to detail (btw all your colleagues had so many lovely things to say about you too, which goes to show what a team player you are), Sylvia at Treetops for your steady warm presence, Kassir for always picking us up and dropping us off on the buggy with s smile, and of course Benny for your enthusiastic bright energy, my daughter and I enjoyed the beachside dance session very much!

Top-notch service from start to finish. The entire team at Banyan Tree made our stay feel incredibly welcoming and well taken care of. A huge shoutout to everyone, from the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping. Special thanks to Darwis and Lilik from housekeeping for their excellent service and attention to detail. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality from the whole team really stood out. Anniversary Weekend Trip
Our weekend away at Bayan Tree was amazing. We celebrated our wedding anniversary. Our Ocean villa was beautiful. The team are kind, attentive and thoughtful. Our meals at Treetop and Cove were delicious. We want to thank Darul and his colleagues Ronaldo, Clare, Rona and Seti. When we arrived back to our room on our second night, Heri F and Agar K had created a beautiful display. We want to thank everyone for making the weekend so lovely.

Banyan Tree Bintan
We had a fantastic stay at Banyan Tree Bintan. There is 2 staff I would like to compliment, Mr Darwis and Mr Lilik for their excellent and professional service rendered to our family. This is a trip to celebrate my daughter birthday and they prepare a surprise mini birthday celebration for her. It was so thoughtful and warmhearted of them.

Best Thai food outside of Thailand!
Daisy, Maiya, and Elvi took amazing care of us. The food was possibly the best Thai food we’ve outside of Thailand. We ate so much. It it was just so good! So tasty. Atmosphere was beautiful.
