Banyan Tree Bintan

The villa was amazing, with breathtaking views and exceptional comfort. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The service was immaculate throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mulyadi, Yusuf, and Lilik from the housekeeping team, who surprised us with a beautiful romantic flower petal arrangement and adorable elephant towel origami. Their thoughtful attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

We went for the sundown ritual. 3 Buggies brought us there and one of the drivers said “don’t worry, I will come back to pick you at 6”. Only one buggy came so 10 of us were stranded for an hour. In the end, across Gin Gin who helped arranged a buggy but 3 had already walked back The ritual included snacks. I was the only one at the cart and saw an item I liked. After I picked up a plate at the right hand side of the half- meter bar, I noticed the item disappeared and there was no other guest there other than staff. As we waited that hour for the buggy, we saw the snacks reappear and the staff munching on it!!?!? Banyan tree standard?

Restaurant saffron was really nice. Good food. And host Desy looked after us very well.

We had an excellent stay at Banyan Tree Bintan and really enjoyed our time there as a family. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, which made the experience feel very relaxing and special. The room was comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere of the whole resort was calm and enjoyable. We also appreciated the service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Kasir, who was especially kind, welcoming, and attentive. He took the time to make us feel comfortable and was always friendly and helpful. His positive attitude really made our experience even better, and we truly appreciated it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bintan Island.

We recently stayed 3-nights in the two-bedroom villa 104. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and lush surroundings. We ate at a different restaurant in the resort each night and the food was excellent. While the property does show a bit of age in places, the comfort and spaciousness of the villa more than made up for it. However, the true highlight of our stay was the people. The team here is exceptional and you can tell they enjoy what they do. A special shout out to Desy at Saffron, Ronaldo at The Cove, and especially Kasir, who took care of our daily buggy rides. Kasir’s genuine kindness and warm smile made us feel so welcome every time we saw him. The housekeeping team also deserves praise as the villa was kept in impeccable condition throughout our stay. Finally, a shout out to the spa therapist who did my massage ( I think she was called Thalia, sorry if I got the name wrong) We were sad to leave and hope to be back soon. If you are looking for a relaxing break with world class hospitality, you won’t go wrong here. Highly recommended!
