Cascade Wellness Resort

You could not pick a better location! Beautiful views of the ocean and cliffs, perfect trails for walks, best view of the sun setting over the cliffs. The room was wonderful, staff amazing and the breakfast buffet was a hit! We were so close to old town, lots of fun shops and delicious restaurants. I don’t want to leave, but I hope I will be back. Lagos has my heart!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights to celebrate a special occasion, and overall it was a great experience with a small downside. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Sarah, the service manager, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our room — her effort really made a difference. The hotel offers stunning views, and the beaches are within walking distance with a lovely path to enjoy the scenery of Lagos. Even when the weather wasn’t great, there were good indoor activities like board games, table tennis, and billiards. The bar was also a nice place to relax. The only downside was the breakfast — it was exactly the same every day, which gets quite monotonous during a longer stay. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its views, location, and excellent service.

Great location just outside Lagos, large rooms, really comfortable (bed big and comfy, good shower), fantastic breakfast, nice pool area, and you can access the coastal paths from the grounds. Will definitely return. Good gym and outdoor functional training area.

We came on a few occasions for lunch and drinks, due to the Cascade Resorts’ proximity to the Ponta da Piedade. The Lighthouse Bar has a nice terrace overlooking the hotel pool and across the sea. Food was unmemorable, but they offer a really good range of quality wines and cocktails, and service was always attentive. Great spot for catching a sunset.

My wife and I stayed at Cascade Wellness Resort from January 26 to February 13 in a one-bedroom apartment, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. It felt more like a comfortable home than a hotel unit. The kitchen was well stocked, the living area was generous, and the overall layout made it easy to settle in for nearly three weeks. We especially appreciated how quiet the resort was—it made for a very relaxing and restful experience. The setting is beautiful, with stunning coastal scenery right outside the property. One of the highlights for us was the walking trail along the cliffs just steps from our apartment. It quickly became part of our daily routine. The resort is also within easy walking distance of grocery stores, downtown Lagos, and several beaches, which made it very convenient without needing to drive everywhere. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. We would absolutely stay at Cascade Wellness Resort again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed place to stay in Lagos.
