Montage Laguna Beach

Fantastic dinner at the Loft at Laguna Montage. Mikey and Fabiana were terrific and the meal was amazing. Incredible ocean view, great food and great service. Definitely repeat worthy.

The hotel is fabulous! But….The SPA is incredible! I just had the most unbelievable treatment I have ever had in my whole life. It was called The five senses.. I had Kate… If you can, get Kate, I highly recommend her. I have a back injury and she worked her magic on the massage and the facial was incredible. You start with getting your feet washed, then a meditation with virtual reality, the most magical massage, then facial. The facial they use some type of product that mimics Botox. I honestly don’t know what the heck it was but I left there buying those products and feeling incredible. I highly recommend Kate and The five senses experience.

So disappointed in Montage Laguna Beach. We were looking foward to our stay so much and had the most tragic death occur right before we left for California. This particular hotel put stipulations on the cancellation so that we now have to shuffle our schedules in order to not lose money. I've stayed at Montage a few times and I thought i was kind of petty. So much so that this might be my first ever negative review online.

10/10 ! Five stars!!!!! From the moment we pulled up to Montage Laguna Beach, we were treated like family. Everyone from the valley to lobby,pool,beach staff had the same genuine, welcoming energy. You can feel that the people here love what they do,and it made our entire stay so peaceful and special. The first night, we were craving a burger late and The loft came through! I'm telling you the best burger we've ever had,hands down. one day two, our kids arrived and it was just amazing.Super kid-friendly. They loved the kids menu! they said best chicken tenders! Even the walk to the beach was beautiful.They had a perfect setup down there. one of the young staff members stood out with how kind and helpful he was (wish we got his name!) The beach service felt top tier! Montage didn't just meet expectations,they exceeded them. it felt like a luxury escape and a heartwarming experience all in one. we'll absolutely be back.

The Montage is one of the most beautiful resorts in the world. The setting is incredible, on the cliff above the beautiful Laguna Beach coastline. The rooms, the grounds, the spa and the pools are beautifully maintained. The food at the restaurants is always perfectly prepared. Most impressive to us every time we stay at the Montage is the staff. Every person we interacted with made an effort to make our stay as perfect as possible. The level of service and they way they treat the guests is incredible.
