Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, and friendly staff! Amazing place for a weekend getaway.

The Hotel entered my room three times while privacy signs were up. It made it impossible for me to find any peace or relaxation in my room if I’m not paying for privacy and relaxation and abilities to feel safe within a locked room with a privacy sign up where am I supposed to go to have privacy as a single female on my own let alone a single female with a child I would not recommend this whole house to anyone who is a business professional, who has a request for privacy when they’re in their hotel room because this hotel does not respect privacy. It does not respect medical doctors who take care of US veterans or children with mental disabilities both of which I alerted the South that I am when I checked in and I do work even when I’m on vacation and in my hotels and celebrating I’m a medical doctor that means I’m committed to humanity regardless of whatever I’m doing my patience come first and clearly this Hotel does not respect humanity Doctors or veterans or children and families.

From check-in to check-out, this hotel is top tier luxury and the people are some of the kindest, warm and thoughtful individuals I’ve ever come across at a property. The stunning views and beautiful design throughout the property made it feel like the perfect home away from home. This trip was our baby’s first trip, flight and hotel experience. We were celebrating her reaching 6months with this trip and the staff joined in on the fun. They supplied us with a number of goodies for her, including a personalized blanket! We appreciate everyone and everything at this resort. Thank you! We can’t wait to return!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Montage Laguna. The hotel and surrounding beaches are beautiful (at times it feels more like Hawaii than Southern Californian). The best part of the visit was the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful. I don’t remember everyone’s names but I’m going to try: Malia at check in. Nick at the Mosaic bar. The two Sean’s at Studio Mediterranean. Elias (?) at the Mosaic pool. Tori (?) at the gift shop. They were all so great to talk to and really made the trip special. Thanks to all of them and the others whose names I don’t recall!

Great place. Amazing staff. View is the best there is. Family had an amazing time during our stay. Will definitely stay there again.
