You have to stay at the Ranch!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, and the farm tour was truly amazing—engaging, educational, and a great way to connect with the heart of the place. The entertainment was excellent and added such a fun, lively energy to the overall experience. The location is also a big win, with Lost Pier Cafe right there—great vibes and a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend The Ranch Laguna Beach—it’s one of those places that just gets it right. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Disappointing Stay Marked by Poor Service and Inconvenience
Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. From the moment I checked in, the customer service felt subpar, and I did not feel welcomed. I was disappointed that no assistance was offered with my luggage and that valet service was not provided. Despite being charged an overnight parking fee, I had to drive myself and transport my bags to my room, which was inconvenient and unexpected. I was also surprised to learn that the on-site cafe was actually a walking distance away, contrary to how it was presented. As a result, I chose to order room service, but experienced technical issues with the in room tablet, which caused delays and added to the frustration. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Had I known what to expect, I would have chosen a nearby hotel instead. I will not be staying here again nor recommending this property to others.

The Gem of Laguna
We love the ranch it's a hidden gem with more space than you need tucked away in Laguna. You never need to leave, it has golf, spa, sea, pool, everything. We love it here

Complete relax mode
Great overall experience from the front desk, dining/in-room dinging and amenities of the property. It was minutes walk to the beach but tucked in a canyon for a feeling of complete relaxation. Watching the sun start to peak from the canyon at breakfast was a lovely view.

WOW Again
Amazing staff and service !!! the resort to come and relax and to be pampered. We came to SoCal for a short trip and once again we were amazed. Keep up the sustainably program :)
