Marcella is a real disaster to Tremezo hotel
My recent stay at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo was unfortunately disappointing, particularly due to the experience I had with the front office. While the hotel itself is undeniably beautiful and the location on Lake Como is stunning, the level of service did not consistently meet five-star expectations. Most concerning was my interaction with the front office manager, Marcella. I found her approach to be dismissive and unaccommodating when I raised a reasonable concern during my stay. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue or show understanding, the response I received felt indifferent and lacking the professionalism one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. This left a negative impression and detracted significantly from what could have otherwise been a memorable visit. For a property known for luxury and hospitality, I believe there is a clear need for improvement in guest relations at the management level. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works toward delivering a more consistent and guest-focused experience in the future.

Easter on the Lake
I don’t have enough words to describe my fourth stay at the Grand! This time, I chose Easter instead of my usual Middle East escape. The weather has been absolutely perfect, and the level of hospitality keeps getting better every time. They’ve just opened for the season, but they already know exactly how to spoil their guests. I’m already planning my next stay in 2027! Grazi mille!

At Tremezzo for the Easter Weekend...marvellous! I love lake and I really fell home when I'm at Grand Tremezzo. Had dinner at Bar...delicious. Hopefully I will be back next June. A presto e grazie
