Great base from which to access Lake Louise
We particularly appreciated the free bus service up to Lake Louise, and the driver’s efficiency. Had a good supper in Norman’s bar (once we got their attention) and enjoyed the pianist. Good breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay
Excellent customer service. Traditional, old world charm. Our room was a premier room with a king bed plus 2 love seats. The bathroom was amazing with a shower and jacuzzi tub. Excellent customer service. They provide complementary fresh coffee and tea in the morning. We had dinner at the pub and breakfast in the formal dining room. A little pricey but good food. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely lodge
Beautiful wooden lodge in the Bow Valley in Banff National Park. Excellent dining room with one of the outstanding wine cellars in Canada. Service is excellent. Rooms are very nice (there are several different layouts, suites and separate cabins of varying sizes). We have stayed at the hotel for 40 years and it continues to be one of our favorites in the world.

A lovely hotel in the tiny village of Lake Louise. A very relaxing place to stay. The staff were very attentive.

Great experience at The Post
Excellent Resort with great food. A Relais et Château... what do you expect! Excellent service by staff members, great location with shuttle service by Alex and Benoit. Large room and all common spaces make you feel relax and home.
