Post Hotel & Spa Lake Louise

This is a premier hotel and yet I felt totally comfortable there. Front desk was understanding when I locked my key in the room. Spa staff offered a free sample in response to my request to purchase a travel size skin lotion. The food was fabulous and servers present but didn't make you feel rushed. I found the lack of air conditioning refreshing. The rooms have upper windows that can be opened and my sleep wasn't interrupted by noise from the A/C unit. And there were all sorts of thoughtful touches in the room like Q tips in a china box on the counter.

Exceptionally clean; gorgeous architecture and decor; luxurious and delicious buffet breakfast in the beautiful Dining Room with outstanding service at a reasonable price; shuttle to lake. We stayed in a family loft suite with our two adult children and will be forever grateful for our experience at The Post Hotel.

Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful holiday at the Post Hotel! We will definitely be back! Service, cleanliness, quality — everything at the highest level.

From booking to departing, everything about the Post Hotel & Spa was exemplary. This stay was the absolute highlight of our 30th anniversary trip to Canada and to have an unexpected free upgrade to a suite on our arrival was just special. The hotel is indeed "warm" and welcoming with every liittle added touch of a log cabin feel. We find it hard to believe that another "luxury" property just up the road could surpass what the Post Hotel offers their guests. And let's not forget the AMAZING meal selection in The Dining Room. The service was impeccable and our anniversary dinner was made special with free desserts, instead of the normal complimentary champagne, simply because we don't like dry wines. We can't say enough how pleased we are with booking here instead of the other luxury hotel nearby. They may have a lake view, but the Post will always have our heart.

What a cozy, charming and beautiful hotel with staff to match. We were delighted with our room and the coffee station in the hall. My husband used the pool and the spa and enjoyed every moment there. Dinner at the bar/pub and it was delicious, friendly and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel
