The interior and exterior of this hotel is very beautiful. You had a wonderful meal in the dining room And enjoy both the library and the swimming pool. I do wish they had facilities for charging electric vehicles, but other than that, everything was great.

The location is a close walk or drive to everything you need in the area. The atmosphere is homely, welcoming and warm. The rooms are a good size and very clean. They could do with a refresh in furnishings. The value is good for the beauty of the location and exceptional service from all staff. Besides a few stomping times on the floor above our room, we had a very insulated room with no outside noise. The tiny touches of service were really outstanding. Special tea and coffee stations with lots of high quality offerings. Good quality soaps and creams were provided. The hot tub after a busy day of walking and cold was a luxury and a wonderful place to chat to other guests. The scenic lake outside the front of our hotel was extremely beautiful, even in the snow. The squirrels were in the trees outside our balcony and provided additional thing entertainment. The WIFI was fast. The weather updates, bottled water and freshly baked biscuits at turn down, was a lovely touch. You will love your stay.

Exceptional experience as always. Nice to be able to spend a few nights here and enjoy all of the amenities provided and the customer service provided by staff.

Stayed for a night on the way back from Jasper, before we moved on to Revelstoke. Managed to get a pretty good rate even though we stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend. Room (and bathroom, the shower head was not detachable) was dated but spacious. There was a Nespresso machine, bedroom slippers and bathrobes were provided, and they also had an evening turndown service where they distributed bottles of North water and homemade granola bars. Late afternoon, they had a complimentary coffee/tea station (with a wide selection of teas) at the lobby. It's also a short 5mins (or less) walk to Samson Mall/the area where the grocery store, bakeries and cafes are.

What a lovely and warm hotel that doesn't feel like a hotel! There were lots of nice amenities, some of which we didn't partake, like the afternoon tea in the lobby. It was especially nice to have fresh coffee in the common hallways as well as coffee in our room. The location of the hotel is wonderful - we drove all around the area in each direction and it was beautiful everywhere! I would definitely return and have recommended the Post to several friends. It was a lovely trip!
