Post Hotel & Spa Lake Louise

My husband and I stayed for two nights, to celebrate our 60th Birthday’s, during our road trip to Canada. What a beautiful, cosy and rustic hotel. We received a card and a bottle of champagne on arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff did a turn down service, left messages and quotes, nuts and bottles of water- very kind. The shuttle service was great and both drivers were very helpful and knowledgeable about Lake Louise and the surrounding areas. We dined in the Outpost which was fantastic. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable about gluten free which was reassuring. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. All in all a beautiful base for our stay. We were reluctant to leave and could’ve stayed longer. We would return if we visited Canada again. Thank you team for a memorable stay.

Amazing location within Lake Louise area and the hotel rooms and restaurants are wonderful but the service by every staff member was the best part of the stay.....first class!

The Post Hotel and Spa was the hotel that very pleasant surprise part of our travel package with the Rocky Mountaineer. The Post Hotel is definitely a place you must experience if you have a chance. I think of the Post Hotel as a boutique type hotel it is very rustic and offers incredibly comfortable room. No air conditioning but just open your windows to let the cool mountain air cool down your room if you need. The salt water pool, the jacuzzi and the stem room was very enjoyable. The Post Hotel is well located and offers shuttle to lake Louise ( as parking is extremely limited and extremely busy) and array of other services that will cater to everyones need, If you stay at the Post Hotel and Spa you should definitely look at the website to see everything they offer. We ate breakfast at the restaurant it was great. We had dinner at the Outpost Pub attached to the Post Hotel and it was very good and for the ones that appreciate locate ale they have some very good one. The staff at the Pub was great and efficient. The staff at the Post Hotel and Spa are professional efficient and Friendly. Also note that there is a strip mall a 3 minute walk fron the hotel that has a great bakery and some restaurant and a bike rental company.

A wonderful hotel that knows hospitality and service. Food is great at both Outpost and the breakfast in the Dining room. Allow time to enjoy the facilities, which we were not able to with short one night stay. Shuttle service to Lake Louise takes the stress out of planning that excursion.
