This was such an exceptional experience from the breathtaking views, the lovely room, the spa and the staff - nothing is left but to just soak it in and enjoy!!!

Enchanted Stay!
Beautiful hotel. The snow and the fog made it an enchanted stay! Breakfast had so many choices and it was delicious! Loved taking the tram down to the ferry to go into Lucerne! Will be back in the Spring as the view must be beautiful and would like to walk to the elevator and ride on it. Ate at Spices and the food was excellent!

Outstanding service from start to finish! The location is absolutely amazing and has such a cool vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to fulfill every wish. You really feel taken care of here. We would come back anytime without hesitation. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable stay filled with care
The stay was fantastic from the very beginning to the end. The staff knew that we were celebrating a special anniversary and did everything they could (and even more) to make our stay truly special and warm. Special thanks for the postcard they signed for us; it really touched our hearts. The hotel is wonderful, and we plan to come back agin and again, especially in the summer to enjoy the summer activities there.
