The entire experience was outstanding! Luxury all over, fabulous hospitality with outstanding service, amazingly designed rooms and public areas, generous Spa with excellent therapeutic skills, culinary diversity delivered at world class standard, sustainable and in the most stunning location you can imagine. Memorable stay
Thank you to the team, and especially to Vivienne, for making my stay at Bürgenstock truly wonderful. The rooms and outlets are excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the resort is really remarkable. What stands out most, however, is the genuine hospitality of the entire team. Special thanks also to Alexandre from Concierge, Julia at Reception, Sheriff at Breakfast, and Santiago from the Spa for their warm and attentive service.
