Amazing hotel, you have to stay here at least once. After driving up the mountain we checked in and upgraded to an amazing room with stunning views, and from the living room and from the bath. Free use of the non alcoholic beverages in the mini bar. Bed was extremely comfortable, fire place was the icing on the cake in the room. Breakfast with the amazing views was an experience in its self, food was excellent. And the spa , indoor pool and outdoor infinity pool ? You have to experience it, especially the floating Haman pool whilst listening to classical music. With had dinner in the Outdoor Grill, excellent service. Funicular and boat ride to Lucerne are free of charge for guests. All the staff were friendly and professional. We did not want to leave and will definitely return for a longer stay

We took the catamaran from Lucerne and then the funicular straight to Alpine hotel. Check-in was easy and stuff was very attentive. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Room was remarkably clean. We used spa amenities and the infinity pool was definitely the highlight of our trip. Breakfast was delightful and the restaurant service was incredible. At dinner we ate at Persian restaurant and food was delicious. Definitely something to write home about. We visited the town of Lucerne, and it was adorable! Great stay overall! Highly recommend!

This was my second time at the resort. Spent two nights and wish I stayed longer. Extraordinary hospitality and service. Rooms were top notch. Views of the scenery were breathtaking. Spa was the best we've ever tried. It was absolute perfection.

From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, check in was smooth and quick. The hotel is gorgeous and the views are outstanding. The spa was probably the best spa experience I have had, including the treatments. Breakfast was varied and delicious and the service complemented that. We would not hesitate to return to this stunning hotel

Such a fantastic hotel! We’ve recently returned from a 3 night stay with our 3 children and could not have found fault with any part of the hotel. Our children were well looked after from the fantastic treasure hunt we did together round the property, to the private screening in the cinema and the constant supply of chocolate gold coins. We don’t normally use kids clubs but the staff were so welcoming that our children kept requesting to visit. For us adults the views were spectacular, the rooms fantastically appointed but to see our children enjoy themselves so much is what will make us return to the Bürgenstock!
