Best Hotel in Switzerland.
The Waldhotel by Burgenstock was outstanding. truly a luxury hotel with 5 star accommodations in all categories. No better view from any hotel I ever stayed at. If you go to Switzerland, this is a must stay!!

The staff here are a genuine credit to the resort. In particular I would like to call out the restaurant staff at Spice and also Raphael who assisted us with our bags and made us feel welcome at every opportunity

Absolutely worth it
We had an amazing experience there. Initially booked a family room, we were moved to two nearing rooms due to unexpected unavailability. The hotel offered us the diner we had booked at Spice as compensation. But we had nothing to complain about the rooms. The views are amazing. The rooms are very confortable. The staff are beyond professional. We loved our diner (even before we knew it was “on the house”). The place is great for hicking. The spa is worth a visit, even if you just go for the outdoor pool. This has been one of our best stays in a hotel and we will definitely repeat the experience soon
