Burgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa

The staff here are a genuine credit to the resort. In particular I would like to call out the restaurant staff at Spice and also Raphael who assisted us with our bags and made us feel welcome at every opportunity

We had an amazing experience there. Initially booked a family room, we were moved to two nearing rooms due to unexpected unavailability. The hotel offered us the diner we had booked at Spice as compensation. But we had nothing to complain about the rooms. The views are amazing. The rooms are very confortable. The staff are beyond professional. We loved our diner (even before we knew it was “on the house”). The place is great for hicking. The spa is worth a visit, even if you just go for the outdoor pool. This has been one of our best stays in a hotel and we will definitely repeat the experience soon

Living in Malibu feels like paradise. Or so I thought until we arrived at the Bürgenstock in Lucerne. From the moment we arrived (after an 11 hour flight!) the front desk welcome was warm and helpful. We gasped in awe at the view from our room and every morning we woke up to marvel at the beautiful landscape. The breakfast team at the Heritage building were amazing! They knew our coffee orders every morning and we were so excited to go downstairs and start the day with them. Not to mention, the food was delicious! Our room was cleaned and reset every few hours and we felt a weight lifted off our shoulders. The laundry team did our laundry and shined our shoes. True luxury. I highly recommend this location and experience. Thank you!

We spent part of our honeymoon at Bürgenstock Resort, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The location is absolutely spectacular, the views over Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains are stunning and unlike anything we’ve experienced before. The service throughout our stay was incredible. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, and they made our honeymoon feel especially memorable. The facilities are equally impressive, beautifully designed, exceptionally well maintained, and among the best we’ve experienced at any resort. Between the breathtaking setting, outstanding service, and incredible facilities, Bürgenstock is a truly special place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Switzerland.

An incredibly beautiful hotel with a wonderful history and rich traditions! The interior is stunning, and the location is absolutely beautiful. The room fully meets the high standards expected of a hotel of this level: a beautiful bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, a great selection in the minibar, complimentary water and coffee. The cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom was impeccable. The selection of toiletries and skincare products was also excellent. A truly magical place for a wonderful and relaxing stay!
