Reviews for The Terrace Hotel

Beautiful & perfect location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

This hotel has the Perfect location in downtown Lakeland. It is walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and the lake is just across the street. Beautiful old hotel in immaculate condition. All the staff are so friendly. Parking is valet or self parking. Beautiful big old-fashion porch that begs you to sit and relax. Rooms are super clean. No nasty carpets … The floors are wood/laminate which I Love. Food is super expensive. However complimentary hot fresh morning coffee is available at a small hallway station. Restaurant room is spectacular

would definitely stay again

Loved this hotel and everything about it. We had a corner room on the top floor with a nice view of the lake. The decor in the halls and the room were top notch. Bathroom and shower were great too. The Nespresso machine in the room was an added bonus. We arrived on a Sunday so we were not able to have dinner in the restaurant, however, we did enjoy breakfast the next morning. Hotel location is perfect for exploring the town. The parking lot on the hotel property is very convenient as is the garage across the street if the lot is full.

This hotel never ceases to impress. Nestled in

Nestled in the heart of downtown with easy accessibility to all Lakeland has to offer This hotel never ceases to impress. Nestled in the heart of downtown Lakeland and walking distance to many amenities. It also includes a well stocked bar in the lobby and very adequate dining for breakfast lunch and dinner. The front desk has always been very accommodating and pleasant. Ms. Ngozi Rankine took great care in making sure my accommodations were 110% and satisfaction guaranteed. Always a pleasure revisiting the hotel.

Wonderful stay

Front desk staff was wonderful and made you feel welcomed! Room was quiet, clean, with the most comfortable beds. Only thing I would have liked was to be able to have dinner there, but the Sunday night I was there it was closed. Plenty nearby though to walk to and enjoy! Would stay again

Beautiful Wedding at Loggia Promenade

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 months ago

We attended a beautiful wedding at the open air LOGGIA promenade at the hotel, next to Allen Kryger park and Mirror Lake. The over 100 year old promenade with striking archways maintains the history of by gone days by offering a space for special events, mostly weddings. The space can be accessed via stairs from the upper level of the park or via ramp on the side of the park, about one block walk.
