Banyan Tree Lang Co

We had the pleasure of staying at the Banyan Tree Lang Co at the end of June for 8 wonderful nights. We chose to stay at one of the beach villas, which was beautifully set up and only a short stroll to the beach (which we could see from the villa!) we cannot fault the service that we received, our villa hosts Bich and Man went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was amazing, including some very special birthday events. Each and every staff member was attentive, friendly and professional. From the service, to the food (AMAZING breakfast buffet), the scenery and to the range of activities this truly was the best holiday we have ever had. We will most definitely be back!

We had a lovely weekend stay here in Banyan Tree resort. Our villa host ‘Man’ is an exceptional host. We came here for our honeymoon and on our last night at the villa he got a cake saying ‘Happy Honeymoon’ delivered to our room. It was a lovely touch. He was always on hand to offer advice and things to do at the resort. You can do kayaking, snorkelling, a cooking class and lots more. Our room was one of the rooms with a pool which we enjoyed swimming in. We ate in ‘The Water Court’ and ‘Azura’ restaurants. However there is also a Thai restaurant on the premises. Plenty of choices to dine in for lunch and evening food. Lots of variety for the breakfast as well. Thank you to Man and all the staff at Banyan Tree resort.

Wonderful cocktails by Thien at the bar at Banyan Tree hotel. Clever cocktails designed by the head barman with local Vietnamese themed and ingredients. Super service by courteous and friendly staff. Highly recommend happy hour for interesting drinks in a lovely environment. Enjoy!

In mid-June, my wife and I went to Banyan Tree Lang Co Vietnam in celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary. This was our first time in this country. Based on the past satisfactory experiences with Banyan Tree Phuket Thailand, we believed this Vietnamese resort should be as good as her peer Banyan Tree group resort. At the end of our stay, we were highly satisfied. This Vietnamese resort maintained a consistent "Banyan Tree" standard of hospitality to guests. The staff, from duty manager to front line, always showed warmth and attentiveness. We would like to extend our appreciation to the following resort staff in making our stay so special! ● Jade, our villa host, offered nearly 24-hour assistance by helping us in one case to solve the door lock problem out of her working hours. Her attentiveness also exceeded our expectations. On our anniversary day, she made us in her own hand a blessing card framed with our photo shot in Watercourt restaurant. She appeared in breakfast time each morning to say hello and asked us our plan that day and anything she could help. ● Uyen Tran and Kieu, waitresses of Watercourt restaurant, always greeted us with friendly smiles. They easily recalled our meal preferences and only showed themselves in just the right moment during our meals, giving us the maximum private time. ● Housekeeping teams, buggie drivers, and shuffle boatmen - thanks for their respective efforts in keeping a neat and tidy villa environment and transporting us (on land and on water) to destinations in the villa on time. We could say that in our 4-night stay, each detail, from comfortable accommodations to delicious meals, was handled with care and professionalism. We shall be considering to come back again in the next five years.
