Where to start is hard for this resort, it’s almost perfect with every interaction. Upon arrival at Da Nang airport a personal driver was waiting for my party, armed with cold scented towels and water for the 1 hour ride to the resort. Upon arrival, the host was already waiting with buggies and we were ushered straight to the villa to complete check in formalities as well as exchanging WhatsApp contact for all request. Unlike many other resorts to advertises this service, Banyan Tree Lang Co actually lives up to the requests. From excursion bookings, to special requests and restaurant bookings, all were seamlessly taken care by my host Tuan. Room condition was also great with nary a scratch despite the resorts age. Plunge pool in each villa was also large enough for a family to wade it. The resort provided a choice of quilt cover and a pillow menu all of which was taken care of prior to arrival. F&B situation was also excellent with breakfast boasting a wide variety of local and international selection all of which tastes great. The complimentary make it yourself mimosas and Bloody Mary for breakfast adds the cherry on top of the cake for this. Lunch and dinner selections from water court restaurant also boast a wide variety of Vietnamese favourites and I’m glad to report they all tasted authentic and high quality. Don’t forget to also dine at their signature restaurant Saffron, tantalising Thai fare was as good as anything I have tried in a high end Thai establishment. Only potential thing to note is although water is complimentary in villa, it is chargeable at all F&B outlets which doesn’t rhyme with the hospitality they have shown. That nitpicking aside Banyan Tree Lang Co is an absolute gem of a property and worth every penny it charges for the luxury.

Truly a spectacular and luxurious experience from beginning to end. My family and I spent 5 nights at one of the ocean view villas. The villa and view was unbelievably beautiful. The entire resort was extremely clean, well maintained and stunning. The staff, services and hotel were top tier. Every staff member was extremely friendly and diligent with their tasks. I especially was impressed by our host Man and the chef Nho who I felt went above and beyond to elevate our experience. Man was quick to respond either in person or on Whatsapp to make sure all our needs were addressed regardless big or small. Nho made sure we were fully able to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with her delicious cooking. She would bring us fresh fruit and cook off menu to satisfy our cravings. Nho and Man pampered us with high quality services making us feel like royalty. They felt like family to us towards the end of our trip and we miss them dearly. We were sad to leave the Banyan Tree and return to reality.

This was our second trip to stay here and this time it was for our wedding anniversary. We booked for 4 nights in a lagoon villa. We got their airport SUV transport to the resort which takes about an hour from Danang airport. As we arrived there was a welcome back banner at the lobby and we were taken directly to our villa for check in which had been upgraded to a beach villa no.118. We had wonderful weather for our first day but after that it got progressively worse as a typhoon started to bear down on us. We did manage a day trip to BaNa Hills but because of the poor weather we were basically confined to the resort. We had no regrets though as we had a complimentary spa and massage package provided for our anniversary and the staff here made our stay superb. Their names were Dao the Manager, Hosts Tuan & Jennie WaterCourt Staff Hai and Kieu Concierge Hieu Bar Tender Tu and Water court waiter Tam who attended to us on our anniversary dinner held in a wonderfully decorated private room. We can highly recommend this report and you will never forget the staff as all were brilliant - we felt like family the whole time we were there! Our stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co was unforgettable, stunning scenery and a breathtaking location—but the true highlight was Dat. Among all the wonderful staff, he stood out as the most talented and genuinely welcoming. His energy was magnetic, and his passion for what he does shines through in every moment. Dat doesn’t just make cocktails—he creates experiences. He crafted a custom drink just for us and even invited us to be part of the process, making the night feel incredibly personal and special. It’s clear he takes immense pride in his work, and it shows in every detail. Thank you, Dat, for the best night of our trip. Your talent is something rare, and we truly hope Banyan Tree continues to support and celebrate your incredible skills. We can’t wait to visit YOUR bar one day.
