The resort was amazing and the service impeccable. The staff were very attentive and could not do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable and met your needs. Special mention to Dat in the Thu Quan Bar who made sure we had a great time at happy hour drinks; Huang one of our buggy drivers who was always cheerful and willing to help and Tuan our Guest Service member who couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was personalized and enjoyable and met us at breakfast in the morning to discuss the day.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. We were greeted with a beautiful flower for each and were escorted to our villa. The room was clean and had an awesome view of the beach and the ocean. Ms. Jade, our villa host, explained in full details about the activities we could do during the stay. Since we had made a reservation for the saffron beforehand, she confirmed us on the date and time, knowing throughly of our schedule. She also advised us to change the date for the reservation due to a big party held on our reserved date. In spite of the last minute change, there was no problem with the alignment of the reservation and, not to mention, we had a great dinner. She continuously kept track of our activities that we signed up for, such as: The Vietnamese tea class, The morning beach workout, Trail jogging, tai chi, Meditation, and yoga class. All the teachers of the activities were so very nice and I had a splendid time. Especially, the trail jogging and tai chi was a great experience. The teacher was so enthusiastic and repeated each of our speed and condition when running, and also in tai chi, understood that we are first-time beginners and walked through the forms one by one very neatly. The yoga instructor was a very nice teacher too. She checked the students’ experiences on yoga before starting and incorporated positions that could be challenged by the experienced, and a version of that format that could be also feasible for the beginners. Overall, the stay was very refreshing and I was even able to reflect on myself, having the time of calmness and positivity, having the opportunity to challenge new activities. The location is simply one of the most beautiful spots on earth – breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and a perfect balance of nature and comfort. Our villa was spacious, stylish, and well-maintained – a true haven to relax in. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our trip special. They were always ready to help, anticipating our needs and going above and beyond to fulfill even the smallest extra wishes. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

Enjoyed our vacation at Banyan Tree resort. Our one bedroom hillside villa had an amazing view . It was very confortable. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Bich , Mr Hung (best guide ) and Nho who made our stay very pleasent.
