We had an absolute pleasure staying at Banyan Tree. While the natural beauty, weather, and the resort itself are truly stunning, what made our experience exceptional was the level of care and attention we received throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jennie, who looked after us with genuine kindness and professionalism. She checked in on us regularly, ensured seamless communication, and was always available for any questions or requests. Her warmth and constant smile made us feel instantly at home. Midway through our stay, Mi became our host and continued this outstanding level of service. She thoughtfully arranged activities, organised special surprises, and was incredibly attentive—especially when she promptly assisted us to the medical centre when needed. Her friendly and proactive approach made a lasting impression, and we are so grateful for the unforgettable memories she helped create. We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Vinh, who drove us around with such positivity, always with a smile, and to the lovely Thom, who not only served us delicious cocktails but also took the time to chat and capture some beautiful photos for us. The entire experience would not have been the same without such a professional, dedicated, and genuinely caring team. Thank you all for making our stay so special. Thank you!

Such a wonderful place and even more lovely people who just go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable throughout. We were just blown away by the attentiveness and care shown especially by Man Truong, Hieu Vo, Daniel, Lo, Dieu ( Watercourt) and every other person around. Not to mention the peaceful landscape where you can just switch off from the world. The beach villas are just amazing. We really hope to visit again.
