We decided to visit Vietnam for the first time, and the choice fell on the Banyan Tree Lang Co hotel. I wanted pleasantness, silence, peace and enjoyment of nature, everything that our noisy, dynamic city cannot provide. Based on a recommendation on Tripadvisor, we found many grateful reviews about the Russian-speaking hotel manager Olga. We asked the hotel for Olga to contact us before arrival, which was done. All the questions that were asked before the arrival did not go unnoticed and answered, which made it possible to prepare for the holiday in advance. Moreover, Olga recommended and booked us our villa with the best location. Upon arrival, we already met Olga personally, and our most unforgettable vacation began. The attention to our requests, desire to help and friendliness amazed us and was very pleasant. All requests, such as booking a restaurant in a hotel, a spa, finding a free table in a crowded rooftop bar to watch the finale of the fireworks festival in Da Nang, to little surprises from treats to prepared baths after returning from trips from the hotel to different places, always evoked admiration and a smile of happiness) Olga was in touch with us even at 2 am, when we were going to the airport, although she had already started her day off! A wonderful person with a charming smile and a sincere desire to help with everything in a wonderful hotel! Thank you for your vacation in Vietnam, the wonderful hotel and charming Olya!

There are simply no words that can truly describe this extraordinary resort. Banyan Tree Lang Co is uniquely nestled in stunning natural surroundings, set apart from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang in a beautiful lagoon. The resort offers several types of villas, including Lagoon Villas, Beachfront Villas, and exclusive hillside villas with breathtaking panoramic ocean views. We stayed in a Lagoon Villa, which was absolutely beautiful. Each villa comes with its own private garden and swimming pool, allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy and tranquility without any disturbance. The entire resort is exquisitely designed, with exceptional attention to detail and impeccable taste. Several restaurants are located within the resort, and every one of them impressed us with the outstanding quality of its cuisine. The breakfast deserves a special mention of its own. Having stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, we can honestly say that this was the most impressive breakfast experience we have ever had. The variety, quality, and overall selection exceeded all our expectations. Guests could even order Champagne by the glass to accompany breakfast. The buffet and à la carte offerings went far beyond the usual selection, featuring an exceptional range of both Asian and Western specialties. The quality of every dish was outstanding, and the fruit selection was simply the best we have ever encountered. The sheer variety and attention to detail set a new benchmark—something we have not experienced at any other hotel. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the people. The professionalism of the entire team is exceptional, yet it is combined with a genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to even the smallest details that is simply remarkable. The General Manager is doing an outstanding job, and it is evident that this culture of excellence extends throughout the entire resort. Every guest is assigned a dedicated Villa Host, who is available throughout the day and can easily be reached via WhatsApp. Each day, they thoughtfully check in to ask whether everything is perfect, if there is anything you might need, or if they can do anything to make your stay even more enjoyable. This level of care is delivered with such sincerity, warmth, and grace that we have never experienced anything quite like it anywhere else in the world. Leaving the resort was genuinely emotional—we departed with heavy hearts. However, one thing is certain: we will return next year. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team for creating such an extraordinary experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so truly unforgettable.

We just spent 6 absolutely wonderful days at this spectacularly beautiful resort which is located on a pristine stretch of beach. The family villa we stayed in was perfect for our family of 6, including 2 children that spent all the time they could in the amazing infinity pool. The restaurants were amazing, in particular Saffron and Water Court, the food was fabulous and the staff were excellent. The villa and the resort facilities were immaculately maintained by friendly and dedicated staff. We were lucky enough to have Jade as our host who provided us with excellent friendly, professional and extremely prompt attention to all our needs. We also extend our special thanks to Bec and Jade for their attentive and caring assistance in the management of our unexpected medical requirements during our stay. Nestled away from the daily hustle and bustle, Banyan Tree Lang Co became our perfect escape. Visiting in June turned out to be a blessing — the peak season for families had not yet arrived, leaving the grounds quiet and serene. From our villa, we could stroll straight onto the beach, a novelty for us that quickly became a highlight. Between the natural beauty, the inviting pool, and the jacuzzi with its whimsical floating afternoon tea, we found ourselves laughing and unwinding in ways we hadn’t expected. What truly set this stay apart was the impeccable one‑to‑one butler service. Every request was met within minutes, a testament to the team’s efficiency and spirit. The staff’s friendliness and cheerful demeanor added a personal touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Summer at the resort also brings adventure. We tried our hand at water sports, from the exhilarating banana boat ride to the charming Vietnamese coconut boat — both experiences that left us with unforgettable memories. The only drawback is the distance from the airport, about an hour and fifteen minutes away. Yet the hotel’s transfer service more than compensated, offering comfortable cars equipped with icy towels and unique branded slippers that made the journey part of the experience. For couples seeking a blend of relaxation, attentive service, and a dash of adventure, this resort is a destination worth recommending.
