Four Seasons Resort Langkawi

We stayed at the Four Seasons after a friend recommended it, following their wonderful experience over Christmas. This time, I came with my parents and children — six of us in total — and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. At the beginning, we had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the way the team handled it was truly impressive. Their swift and thoughtful response showed the resort’s dedication to making every stay unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally kind. During the trip, I unfortunately suffered a back injury, and they immediately arranged a doctor visit. Throughout the stay, several staff members kept checking in to see how I was doing — such genuine care was truly heartwarming. Breakfast was one of the highlights for us — the team there was my favorite! The food at all the restaurants was excellent as well. I only wish I had known earlier that making restaurant reservations in advance is recommended. We also loved the activities organized by the concierge. The mangrove tour, jet ski outing, funtube adventure, and rock climbing were all fantastic experiences for the whole family. The resort’s views and pools are stunning, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Some areas could use a bit of renovation, but it seems upgrades are already underway, including improvements to some restaurants. The Kids Club was outstanding — Lilly and her colleagues were amazing with the children. We also loved exploring the resort by bike and taking buggy rides, which added extra fun to our days. Housekeeping was consistently excellent. All in all, it was a wonderful family holiday filled with warmth, care, and great memories.

Fabulous 4 night stay . Go if you can Room was gorgeous and everything spotless but it’s the staff that make this such a memorable stay. Special thanks to Amy the Naturalist , Syahmi the water sports teacher & all the waiting staff especially Fabhan at breakfast . We loved it and hope to be back

We really enjoyed our time there. The kids loved it. Awesome kids club! Food was good and service was great. The villa was very spacious and had a gorgeous view. We would definitely come back.

Quite unique in its character, it's layout is stunning. A family pool and a 50 metre adult pool are some of the luxurious stand outs. The Hava and ikon ikon restaurants are on another level in terms of quality of both food and service. 4 days of pure bliss.

Excellent service and really lovely hotel. Pool was often quiet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!
