The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi

My recent stay at the Ritz-Carlton was a truly enjoyable experience! The hotel has a fantastic location; our villa was spacious and clean, with its own private access to the sea. The staff were friendly and welcoming, special appreciation to Syasya, who assisted my family during our stay and helped with every single reservation! I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of food as well I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Langkawi!

I would like to say thank you to Suhayl from F&B, Mika from the Front Office, and Hafizah from Housekeeping for the excellent service. All of you are very friendly and welcoming. Also, special thanks to Ramesh & Juju from Housekeeping the room was super clean and well prepared. Really appreciate the effort from the whole team!

Our visit to The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi was an absolutely unique and unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived until our departure. We were celebrating our daughter’s 20th birthday, and the whole trip felt very special. A special thank you to Ben, our waiter during dinner on 19.1.26, for making the evening a success with his exceptional and friendly service. The hotel features a stunning infinity pool and a beautiful beach. We also had the chance to see wildlife, including monkeys, which made the experience even more memorable.

Our stay here was truly exceptional from start to finish. The island setting, the atmosphere, and the overall energy make it truly unique and a complete experience. We stayed in a beach access villa with butler service, which we highly recommend. The hotel, facilities, the service, and especially the team were on a completely different level. Every interaction felt genuine, warm, personal, and highly professional. The staff are not only incredibly attentive, but also very quick and thoughtful in responding to any request. They are l well-organized and proactive, while still maintaining a relaxed and personal atmosphere. Nothing ever felt like too much. They just effortlessly handled everything. The hotel itself sets a new standard. There is a clear respect for nature, animals and the environment, which adds so much to the overall experience and sense of tranquility. A special mention to the food and chefs. The (local) dishes were outstanding, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. If you are looking for a place where service, quality, and attention to detail come together perfectly, this is it. We will definitely be coming back. This is a place that stays with you.
