The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi

We recently stayed at this amazing place and we were bowled over by the exceptional service and attention to detail we experienced there. All the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spread over acres of scenic grounds and has access to a private beach. There is a choice of restaurants and the food is very good and if a high quality. We will definitely be back!

Lovely dinner at Hai Yan! We had such a great dinner here — the food was tasty and the view was beautiful. Big shoutout to Jay and Qayumm who served us! They were both super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. Also a huge thanks to the whole Hai Yan team and the kitchen crew for the amazing food and warm hospitality. Everyone truly made the experience special from start to finish.

This is a stunning resort where the staff go above and beyond to make your trip as special and comfortable as possible. Every staff member made the effort to learn our names and were always smiling and helpful. The ocean villa was a beautiful place to stay, complemented by the fantastic hotel facilities and picturesque beach view. We were very lucky with the weather but I get the sense that even in the rain this resort would be a great setting. There were a few minor issues regarding the payment at the beginning of our trip, but this was resolved seamlessly. Any issue we had was addressed pretty much before we asked the question! The special touches throughout our stay really made this a memorable holiday. Thank you Ritz-Carlton team!

Excellent hotel and staff, very clean rooms, Very nice view from pool and very nice all item for breakfast, next level good for toilet and The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi is more than just a resort—it’s an experience of a lifetime. Surrounded by lush rainforest and the sound of the ocean, it feels like stepping into a private paradise. My villa was elegant and serene, complete with a private pool that overlooked breathtaking views. The food was exceptional, offering both authentic Malaysian flavors and international favorites. The spa, designed like a floating cocoon above the sea, provided the most relaxing escape. Above all, the service was flawless—every staff member made me feel genuinely valued. This resort is the definition of luxury, tranquility, and unforgettable memories.
