Unforgettable experience: amazing service, spacious & comfortable rooms, Infinity pool and great variety of wildlife
What an unforgettable experience at the Ritz Carlton Langkawi! We absolutely loved everything: the incredible service from all staff, the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, the great Infinity pool, the delicious restaurants/bars, and the variety of wildlife. Special thanks to Mia at the reception for the warmest welcome, and to Ling Lee who took special care of us at the Horizon. Huge thanks to Jia En, Aira, Anik, Amirul, Hamdi, and all French interns (Léa, Julia, Capucine…) for their kindness. Overall, we had the most amazing time, we highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Dreamy escape
Of 65 countries I’ve traveled to, the accommodations at the Ritz was in the top 3! From the moment of check in, to the villa, to the food, the service and everything in between was beyond words. This place left us in awe! So much so, our intent to explore the city fell through as it was just too gorgeous to leave the resort. The perfectly manicured greenery, the ocean views, the sunsets were so magical! The selection of food, cocktails and attentiveness by all staff left us speechless. Our only regret is not staying long enough….2 nights was nowhere close to what we needed here. We will definitely have to come back!

Best of the Best
One of the very best hotel we have stayed. Epitome of Ritz Carlton properties. We were thoroughly blown away by the hospitality, the amazing rooms, service and food. What a treat this was!

Disappointed so far.
Disappointed. With an 18 year old son and a 16 year old daughter sharing a room, we specifically requested a twin room. We booked months ago, so it's not as though it was a surprise. Having arrived today, the hotel was unable to provide this so now they are sharing a bed. Whilst the rooms themselves are absolutely beautiful, getting this kind of basic request wrong can ruin a holiday. Or two rooms aren't even next to each other. What a shame - we expected better from a Ritz-Carlton.

Wonderful
Fantastic hotel, beautiful rooms overlooking the ocean, wonderful Horizon pool and we had dinner at the beach grill also fantastic. Staff are very courteous and always refer to us by name. Can’t recommend this place enough ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
